Σίγουρα αν ξαναβρεθώ στην περιοχή θα το προτιμήσω. Συνεχίστε έτσι ! The room was spotless and the atmosphere very warm! Kallinikos and his mother are very helpful and good people. Definitely if I find myself in the area again I will prefer it. Go on like this !

Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια!! Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλικοί και ευγενικοί!! Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!! A wonderful and warm place! Easy communication regarding the reservation, helpful in everything we needed. The room very comfortable and clean. Ideal for couples !! The owners are friendly and polite !! The location is very good, with ample parking. I highly recommend it !!!

J	John Kape on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα πολύ όμορφο μέρος δίπλα σε όλα (φούρνος, μινι μάρκετ, πιτσαρία κτλ). Πολύ φιλόξενος ο οικοδεσπότης μας ενημέρωσε για τα πάντα που αφορούν την περιοχή. Οι καθαροί χώροι σε συνδυασμό με την φιλοξενία καθιστούν τον ξενώνα Καλλινικος με διαφορά νούμερο 1 στο Λουτράκι. A very beautiful place next to everything (bakery, mini market, pizzeria etc). The very hospitable host informed us about everything that concerns the area. The clean spaces in combination with the hospitality make the hostel Kallinikos with a difference number 1 in Loutraki.
R	Rolandos Pavlou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πανέμορφο περιβάλλον. Μεγάλο πάρκινγκ κοντά στα δωμάτια. Κήπος πολύ φροντισμένος και πεντακάθαρος, παρόλο που πήγαμε εκτός σεζόν. Παρ' όλο που είναι πάνω στον κεντρικό, το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ ήσυχο. Το δωμάτιο που πήραμε ήταν ζεστό, πεντακάθαρο, το κρεβάτι μεγάλο και άνετο. Εξαιρετική διακόσμηση και φροντίδα στη λεπτομέρεια. Το μπάνιο άστραφτε, με ντουζιέρα βέβαια, αλλά αυτό δεν μας πείραζε. Στα μείον (για άλλους ίσως, εμάς καθόλου δε μας ένοιαξε, σχεδόν δεν τη χρησιμοποιήσαμε) η μικρή τηλεόραση. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλικοί. Με εντυπωσίασε η αντίδραση της ιδιοκτήτριας στην επιθυμία μου να έχω καφέ στις 5.30 το πρωί που σηκώνομαι (ναι, ξέρω, χαλάρωσε ρε φίλε, διακοπές είσαι...). Απλά μου έδειξε πού είναι τα συμπράγκαλα και μου λέει "Μπες και φτιάξε τον"! Εγώ τέτοια μέρη θέλω, να νοιώθω πως υπάρχει εμπιστοσύνη, κατανόηση. Δεν μου αρέσει να με υπηρετούν με το "σεις" και με το "σας"! Η τυπική ευγένεια και δημιουργεί απόσταση και με βάζει σε υποψίες... Τιμή πολύ λογική. Να πάτε, να πάτε... Beautiful environment. Large parking near the rooms. Garden very well cared for and spotless, even though we went out of season. Although it is on the main, the room was very quiet. The room we got was warm, spotless, the bed big and comfortable. Excellent decoration and attention to detail. The bathroom shone, with a shower of course, but we did not mind. On the downside (for others perhaps, we did not care at all, we almost did not use it) the small TV. The owners are very helpful and friendly. I was impressed by the owner's reaction to my desire to have coffee at 5.30 in the morning when I get up (yes, I know, relax dude, you're on vacation ...). He just showed me where my limbs are and tells me "Come in and fix it"! I want such places, to feel that there is trust, understanding. I do not like to be served with "you" and "you"! The typical courtesy creates distance and makes me suspicious ... Price very reasonable. Go, go ...
