★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κάνει μια παραγγελία ένα μαύρο φόρεμα το οποίο ήταν πολύ διαφανές και ζήτησα να πάω στο κατάστημα για να διαλέξω κάτι για να το αλλάξω καθώς δεν γίνεται επιστροφή χρημάτων. Πολύ ωραία, έφτασα στο κατάστημα όπου με υποδέχτηκαν 2 κυρίες, ο χώρος με τα ρούχα (συγκεκριμένα το πάτωμα ήταν πολύ σκονισμένο), πιστεύω θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο περιποιημένα λόγω του ότι δεν περνάει και πολύς κόσμος υποθέτω για να τα λερώνει και οι παραγγελίες που ετοίμαζαν οι κυρίες δεν πιστεύω να προκαλούν τόση σκόνη. Έκατσα πάρα πολύ ωρα για να βρω κάτι να κάνω την αλλαγή στην ίδια τιμή που είχα πάρει το φόρεμα αλλά ποιοτικά δεν ήταν τίποτα καλό ( όπως και κακής ποιότητας ήταν και αυτό που παρέλαβα) . Βρήκα ένα φόρεμα ίδιο με αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει με καλό ύφασμα αλλά ήταν πολύ κοντό και ρώτησα γιατί αυτή η διαφορά αφού είναι το ίδιο ρούχο? Η κυρία μου απάντησε πως αυτό που πήρα εγώ ήταν η πρώτη *φουρνια* και της είπα και γιατί δεν το κάνατε το ίδιο σε μήκος ξέρω εγώ? Γενικά δεν τους πολύ ένοιαζε να με εξυπηρετήσουμε και με έβλεπαν πως δεν έβρισκα κάτι άλλο στην ίδια τιμή να αλλάξω και για αυτό που βρήκα η απάντηση ήταν τουλάχιστον προσβλητική για τον κόπο που έκανα να πάω έως εκεί ενώ μένω πολύ μακριά και δεν θεωρώ πως ήταν και επαγγελματική. Κακώς δεν απαιτησα την επιστροφή των χρημάτων μ. Εν τέλη πήρα μια φόρμα με σκίσιμο στο πόδι για την οποία πλήρωσα και διαφορά, μικρή μεν αλλά ύστερα από όλα αυτά και έχω έχοντας εξυπηρέτηση 0 με εκνευρίσει. Λυπάμαι από εμένα και τον κύκλο μου δεν υπάρχει ελπίδα για αγορά στο μέλλον. Ελπίζω να βελτιωθείτε. Όλο αυτό συνέβη περίπου αρχές Νοεμβρίου 2020.
I had ordered a black dress which was very transparent and asked to go to the store to choose something to change it as there is no refund. Very nice, I arrived at the store where I was greeted by 2 ladies, the place with the clothes (specifically the floor was very dusty), I think it could be more tidy because it does not pass and a lot of people I guess to get dirty and the orders that I do not think they cause so much dust. I sat for too long to find something to make the change to the same price I had bought the dress but the quality was nothing good (as well as poor quality was what I received). I found a dress the same as the one I had ordered with good fabric but it was too short and I asked why this difference since it is the same outfit? My lady answered that what I got was the first * batch * and I told her and why you did not do the same in length I know? Generally they did not care much to serve me and they saw that I could not find something else at the same price to change and for what I found the answer was at least offensive for the effort I made to get there while I live far away and I do not think it was professional. Badly I did not demand a refund. In the end I got a form with a torn leg for which I paid a difference, small but after all that and I have 0 service annoyed me. I'm sorry for myself and my circle there is no hope of buying in the future. I hope you improve. All this happened around the beginning of November 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ένα παντελόνι το οποίο δεν μου έκανε. Επικοινώνησα με το site και είχαν όλη την καλή διάθεση να με εξυπηρετήσουν και να κάνουμε την αλλαγή. Άψογη συμπεριφορά και εξυπηρέτηση. Μου έλυσαν κάθε απορία σχετικά με την επιστροφή της παραγγελίας μου.
I ordered a pair of pants which did not work for me. I contacted the site and they were in a good mood to serve me and make the change. Flawless behavior and service. They solved all my questions about the return of my order.
