T	Tina M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 φορές έφερε η μητέρα μου ακριβως την ίδια συνταγή στο φαρμακείο σας, την πρώτη φορά ζητήσατε συμμετοχή 30 ευρώ, τη δεύτερη 26 ευρώ και την τριτη φορά 24 ευρώ. Κόβατε προκαταβολικά απόδειξη και της ζητούσατε να σας πληρώνει μετρητοίς ενώ σας έλεγε ότι θέλει να πληρώνει με κάρτα. Την τεταρτη και τελευταία φορά που ήρθε να εκτελέσει ακριβώς την ίδια συνταγή ζήτησε να μάθει ποια είναι η συμμετοχή και η κοπέλα που δουλεύει στο φαρμακείο σας τσέκαρε στον υπολογιστή και της είπε ότι η συμμετοχή είναι 15 ευρώ. Η κυρία που προφανώς είναι η ιδιοκτήτρια του φαρμακείου και στεκόταν δίπλα άλλαξε δέκα χρώματα, είπε στη μητέρα μου ότι δεν έχει όλα τα φάρμακα και θα της τηλεφωνήσει να της πει ποτέ θα τα έχει. Την επόμενη μέρα πήρε τηλέφωνο τη μητέρα μου κ της ειπε ότι δεν μπορει να βρει όλα τα φαρμακα της συνταγής, ενώ τις προηγούμενες φορές τα έβρισκε, και να πάει η μητέρα μου να πάρει τη συνταγή και να τη δώσει σε άλλο φαρμακείο. Ο μοναδικός λογος που ήρθε εξαρχής η μητέρα μου στο φαρμακείο σας είναι γιατί μπορούσε να βρει ένα εκ των τριων φαρμάκων της συνταγης το οποίο δεν έβρισκε στο φαρμακείο της γειτονιάς της. Προς τι λοιπόν αυτές οι διάφορες στη συμμετοχή όταν είναι ακριβως η ίδια συνταγή; Για πιο λόγο υποχρεώνετε τον πελάτη να πληρώνει μετρητοίς και κόβετε προκαταβολικά την απόδειξη; Μια γυναίκα ηλικιωμένη που μπορεί να μη γνωρίζει ποια είναι η συμμετοχή και έρχεται να πάρει φάρμακα για σοβαρή πάθηση και της συμπεριφέρεστε με αυτό τον τρόπο είστε το λιγότερο απαράδεκτοι.
