Ειχαμε ενημερωσει οτι υπηρχε πρόβλημα στο αιρκοντισιον. Ο τεχνικός ηρθε καθυστερημένα..ανεβηκε στη σκαλα ,πηρε τα φίλτρα, τα επλυνε στο μπάνιο, πράγμα που κάνουμε καθρ μηνα μόνοι μας,μας ειπε οτι θέλει συμπληρωμα φρεο και να μιλησουμε με την εταιρεία (επίτηδες για να ξανα χρεωσουν)πηρε 30 ευρω σε 6 λεπτα και οταν τον ρωτησα γιατι δεν το επισκευαζει,αδιαφορησε και με προετρεψε να μιλησω με την εταιρεία. Πηραμε τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα, η τηλεφωνιτρια καταπιε τη γλώσσα της και Φυσικά δεν πηραμε ποτε απαντηση απο τον υπεύθυνο. Σκεφτητε το πολυ Καλα αν ειναι να Τους εμπιστευτητε...... Τελειως αντιεπαγγελματιες και βρωμιαρηδες. Μονο να παιρνουν λεφτα ξερουν. Και να μην κανουν δουλεια φυσικα. Και να σε φλομωνουν στο ψεμα οτι δηθεν εκαναν δουλεια αλλα τελικα να μην αλλαζουν ουτε τα βασικα. Καλο θα ειναι οταν ερχονται να ανεβαινετε και εσεις να βλεπετε τι εργασιες κανουν για να μην τους πληρωνετε τζαμπα. Και για να μην μιλαω μονο με λογια ηρθαν οι κυριοι αυτοι για υποτιθεμενη συντηρηση ηλιακου και ενω επρεπε να αλλαξουν ανωδια και διαφορα αλλα το μονο που εκαναν ηταν να αδειασουν τους σωληνες και να φυγουν σαν κυριοι λεγωντας οτι τελειωσαν με τις εργασιες. Παλι καλα βεβαια που υπαρχουν και οι γειτονες και σκαμπαζουν απο τετοια και για κακη τους τυχη τους ειδαν και ενημερωθηκα. Εννοειται πως εφερα αλλη εταιρεια και τα ελεγξε και ετσι το διαπιστωσα ως αδαης φυσικα που ειμαι. Unfortunately, as another one said in another comment, I have to choose to put a star. M	Manos D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν μπορω να βαλω λιγοτερο απο 1 αστερι. Εγινε αλλαγη καζανιου σε ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα. Έπαιρνα να ενημερώσω οτι δεν ειχε καλη απόδοση στο ζεστο νερο, παρακαλούσα τον ιδιοκτήτη να μου στειλει τεχνικο και η απάντηση ηταν μονιμα οτι δεν εχει διαθεσιμο να μου στείλει και αν θελω να εχει ζεστο νερο πρελει να μεινει 2 ημέρες χωρίς να τραβαμε νερό Με τα πολλά εριξε το φταίξιμο στους συλλεκτες ότι δεν ήταν καλής ποιότητας και γι αυτο δεν ζεσταίνε το νερο καλά. Φέρνω τεχνικό αλλο έμπιστο και μου ειπε οτι το καζανι ειναι της πλάκας κανει μονο για να το κανω ψησταριά... Μακρια απο τους συγκεκριμένους. Unfortunately I can not put less than 1 star. Λοιπόν μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία το ραντεβού κλείστηκε για τις 12 Μαϊου, προκειμένου να γίνει συντήρηση στον ηλιακό ο οποίος δούλευε κανονικά και να αλλαχτούν οι μονώσεις. Το αποτέλεσμα ήρθε ο τεχνικός με τα στοιχειώδη ,με λάθος μονώσεις με μια μηχανή. Ξεκινώντας την συντήρηση , παραπονιόταν που τραυμάτισε τα χέρια του από την λαμαρίνα του καζανιού, λες και δεν υπάρχουν γάντια. Καθόλη την διάρκεια μονολογούσε για την ποιότητα του ηλιακού έφτιαξε τα στοιχειώδη ,του ζητήθηκε απόδειξη για τα 40 ευρώ και αποχώρησε! Το αποτέλεσμα α. Δεν καθαρίστηκαν εξωτερικά οι συλλέκτες β. Δεν τοποθετήθηκαν οι μονώσεις γ. Δεν δουλεύει ο ηλιακός. Επιτεύχθει τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία ( 2 φορές) στην οποία προσπάθησαν να με πείσουν ο ηλιακός θα ζεστάνει μετά από ώρες. Όταν τους ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο για να τους πω ότι δεν έχει ζεσταθεί το νερό μου είπαν ότι προφανώς να θέλουν καθάρισμα εσωτερικά οι συλλέκτες και αυτό κοστίζει άλλα 40 ευρώ. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας . Το δικό μου είναι τελείως αντιεπαγγελματίες και αδαείς!!! ΜΑΚΡΙΑ One star is considered too much. Για απλή συντήρηση τους καλέσαμε, έκαναν λάθος τη σύνδεσμολογια με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργηθεί βραχυκύκλωμα και να μην παίρνει πλέον ρεύμα ο θερμοσίφωνας. Φυσικά είπαν ότι δεν είναι ηλεκτρολόγοι και δεν αναλαμβάνουν περεταιρω να διορθώσουν το λάθος τους. Δίπλα έξοδα από το πουθενα με μόνη αιτία το ότι είναι άσχετοι με το αντικείμενο. And one star is a lot. K	Kostas Aek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συντήρηση κλιματιστικών, 4 μονάδες σε 20 λεπτά. Τσάμπα τα 80€.. πεταμένα λεφτά και προχειροδουλειά. Αν ήθελα να καθαρίσω τα φίλτρα θα τα εκανα και μόνος μου. Ντροπή σας Air conditioner maintenance, 4 units in 20 minutes. Tsampa 80 € .. wasted money and handiwork. If I wanted to clean the filters I would do it myself. Same on you
