Το σουβλάκι είναι χαρακτηριστικό ελληνικό έδεσμα απο ψημένα κομμάτια κρέατος, το οποίο είναι ονομαστό σε όλο τον κόσμο. Είναι επίσης και ένας τύπος γρήγορου φαγητού που περιέχει σχεδόν όλες τις θρεπτικές ουσίες που χρειάζεται ο οργανισμός μας και έχει απολαυστική γεύση!!! Η σαλάτα είναι έδεσμα ορεκτικό ή συμπληρωματικό του κυρίως φαγητού που αποτελέιται απο ωμά ή βρασμένα λαχανικά, κομμάτια κρέατος κτλ. με προσθήκη αρτυματικού όπως λάδι, ξύδι, αλάτι. Σε εμάς η σαλάτα είναι απολαυστική!!!
