Behavior "from above" by the owners (not by the employees). They behave as if they are doing you a favor by shopping from them. Unacceptable.

Έκανα και δεύτερη παραγγελία,παχύφυτα που τα φοβόμουν και λίγο μην ταλαιπωρηθούν στο ταξίδι.Ήρθαν Α Ψ Ο Γ Α και με δωράκι. Κρήτη-Κοζάνη,υπενθυμίζω.10 αστέρια από μένα,μιλάμε για επαγγελματίες. Σύμφωνα με αυτό , λοιπόν, που διατηρείται μέχρι σήμερα σε κάποιες περιοχές της Κρήτης, αφήνοντας ένα φυτό ασκελετούρας έξω από την πόρτα του σπιτιού την Πρωτοχρονιά μας εξασφαλίζει καλή τύχη για το νέο έτος. Λόγω αυτού του εθίμου, η ασκελετούρα ονομάζεται και αγιοβασιλίτσα. Έτσι έκανα την αγορά μέσω του καταστήματος, από το οποίο έμεινα, απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Τόσο από το πόσο σύντομα παρέλαβα, την παραγγελία, όσο και από την διαδικασία της ενημέρωσης μέχρι την αγορά, αλλά και μετά . Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους, για κάποιες απορίες που είχα, και με ενημέρωσαν. Επίσης παρέλαβα, σε μια όμορφη συσκευασία το φυτό. Έτσι το τοποθέτησα και εγώ στην πόρτα μας. Εύχομαι Καλή χρονιά σε όλους με υγεία. Από τα παχύτφυτα, το ένα ήρθε κομμένο, σχεδόν καθόλου ρίζα, και προσπαθούσαν να με πείσουν πως έτσι είναι η ρίζα του!! Το άλλο μετά από 3 μέρες χάλασε ενώ το πρόσεξα πάρα πολύ, και πάλι, ενώ ζήτησα αντικατάσταση ή επιστροφή χρημάτων, προσπάθησαν να μου πουν πως είναι δικό μου λάθος και πως δεν χάλασε και αυτό στη μεταφορά. Έχω 100 παχύφυτα και κάκτους. Σίγουρα δε θα ξαναψωνίσω. Κρίμα γιατί την προηγούμενη (και πρώτη) φορά είχα εξυπηρετηθεί πολύ καλά. I ordered a plant and two succulents. The plant is fine, it grows. From the succulents, one came cut, almost no root, and they were trying to convince me that this is its root !! The other one broke after 3 days while I noticed it too much, again, while I asked for a replacement or a refund, they tried to tell me that it was my fault and that it did not break during the transfer. I have 100 succulents and cacti. I will definitely not shop again. Too bad because the last (and first) time I was served very well.
