Pour un séjour les pieds dans l'eau un peu à l'écart de Naoussa : Kalypso hôtel ! Accueil très sympathique, chambres vue mer et entièrement rénové, petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau : parfait.

Es ist einfach ein Genuss in diesem Hotel Urlaub zu machen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und wir hatten einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und Schmackhaft. Wir werden es immer wieder Buchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großes Kompliment.

Mooi en netjes. De matrassen waren erg hard, maar nadat ik dat heb gemeld, lagen er heel snel toppers op de bestaande matras. Aanrader!

I spent 9 night in Kalypso hotel -PAROS 1 week ago.Welcomnig place. The manager ,George and the staff are so kindly and nice, the location is the best , on the beach, 5 minutes walk to lovely . Nousa center No doubt i will be back , already miss the place.

Excellent location, a breakfast that has room for improvement, nice rooms, but below average beds. Overall a fine place

Apartment #113 from 26/7 to 3/8. One of the most embarrassing experiences you can have on holiday. The owner’s absolute lack of understanding of how paying customers must be managed and cared. Even if we could had done or behave in an inappropriate way (and absolutely we have not!) the “owner” of the apartment (as he insistently defined himself) the treated us in very unpleasing, rude and aggressive behaviour. In fact we have experience an unbelievable and embarrassing situation we have never experience before. We both, myself and my fellow traveller, have flight around the world several times bit this is the first time we have experienced such an unreal and disgusting situation in a EU country! When we arrived to the hotel, we were sent to the apartment (1 km away) without instructions and without a kyes. IN the location, we finally found the room service lady (who only was able to speak greek) who provided us a key to open the door but not a card to turn the lighting on. So soon we return to her explaing the situtation and this time she did provided us with a piece of metal that we should have introduced in the wall device to have light and air conditioning working. Everything was fine at that time and when we left the apartment, we power of the AC and we left the peace of metal in place in order to be able to have light also outside when returning to the apartment later after dinner. The 2nd day, when we return to the apartment late in the evening, we found everything was dark as the piece of metal had been removed from the slot in the wall. We call the reception and at that point the “Owner” answer in a very rude an impolite manner arguing that we shouldn’t have left the peace of metal inserted and that we should go to the reception desk at the hotel located near 1 km away to pick up the keys and the removable light interrupter. At that point we were quite annoyed as we have prefer to relax and have a shower after a long day out visiting Paros. We took the car and drove to hotel where the “owner” in a quite hostile manner shouted and accused us arguing that we shouldn’t have left the peace of metal inserted in the switching divice. At that point he did also revealed the key issue with the previous guest and every thing was clear. We did explained “the owner” that we had not received any instruction about the correct use that dive at check in time, and also that it would have been sufficient for us if they would have left post-it in the room or in the door explaining us that we should have go the reception desk located in the hotel to collect to main key and the lighting card and not to discover, in the darkness, that lighting was not working so forced to call the reception desk for help. The “Owner” did not accept our concerns and he when on complaining badly about us, but also tourist in general, because he stated we (tourist) always demands everything to be perfect when booking his apartments! What? Of course we do! We did pay a lot of money and we expect a perfect service to be delivered! It's the minimun we expect other than being treated as guests and not criminals. While he continued to gesticulate and to underling he was the “Onwer“ of the apartment, he also accused us of being lazy because we have complained about having to go to the reception desk that was one km away by car in the night! He repeated the same thing several times while gesticulating to indicate we (tourists) are all brain less and demand to much!! In any case, the flat is well located but was very basic flat including Insufficient kitchen equipment to prepare a full meal and total lack of any kind of table linen, napkins, etc. Towels changed every 3 days (so little for a seaside resort) and cleanliness could be improved. Poor quality and too short sheets. Unfortunately, on 3 occasions we found huge cockroaches (2 cms long) in the room.
