★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Kalipso Taverna tonight, because our favourite local Taverna was unfortunately closed for the season already.
This Taverna has a large menu, good seating area, and some lovely friendly cats.
The food was OK but not amazing when compared to some other tavernas in the area. Still, it's a decent dining experience.
The waiters spoke reasonable English and were accommodating and friendly. The Dakos was decent and so was the musaka. The food portions were good sizes.

Right opposite you have a couple nice coffee shop to grab a refreshing ice coffee.
Will definitely be back for another gyros and drive break on our way.
Also there’s plenty of parking !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic traditional family run Greek restaurant, I can say I am a big fan of Gyros, and I ate the best gyro in my life here. Theo was very nice and friendly person, I highly recommend everyone to try this restaurant if you want to have a nice lunch or dinner in a nice atmosphere. Great location if you go towards or coming back from Elofonissi beach. Enjoy, and have a nice summer holiday to everyone!
