★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δύο αστέρια είναι για τον συνεργάτη και όχι για τον κύριο Καλύβα ο οποίος είναι εξαιρετικός αλλά δυστυχώς την τελευταία φορά εξυπηρετηθήκαμε από τον συνεργάτη του ο οποίός εκτός το ότι ήταν αγενής δεν μας έκανε και σωστή ενημέρωση (για την διαδικασία επισκευής του μηχανήματος και πιθανά αποτελέσματα, για την διαθεσιμότητα πιθανού ανταλλακτικού το οποίο μετά ανακαλύψαμε ότι ΕΑΝ υπάρχει μπορεί να κάνει και ένα μήνα να έρθει) και γενικώς καταλήξαμε να μην έχουμε ζεστό νερό ή θέρμανση κατά την διάρκεια του παγετού Ελπίδα (Ιαν 2022) ενώ έχουμε και ένα νήπιο στο σπίτι..τώρα είμαστε στην 5η μέρα και συνεχίζουμε. Τώρα χρειαζόμαστε καινούργιο λέβητα με μέσο κόστος (συμπ. εργασία) 1200-1700 ευρώ, ένα έξοδο που θα μπορούσε είτε να καθηστερήσει λίγο (μιας και οταν ανάβαμε καλοριφέρ είχαμε θερμανση και ζεστό νερό) ή να είχαμε την επιλογή άλλης διαχείρισης και όχι έκτακτης ανάγκης.
The two stars are for the partner and not for Mr. Kalyvas who is excellent but unfortunately the last time we were served by his partner who apart from being rude did not give us the right information (about the process of repairing the machine and possible results , for the availability of a possible spare part which we later discovered that IF exists can take up to a month to come) and we generally ended up not having hot water or heating during the Elpida frost (Jan 2022) while we also have an infant at home. .now we are in the 5th day and we continue. Now we need a new boiler with an average cost (incl. Work) of 1200-1700 euros, an outlet that could either be a little late (since when we turned on the radiator we had heating and hot water) or we had the option of other management and not emergency.
