Καλύτερα είναι να μην λέτε ότι πουλάτε Α4 αλλά να βάλετε τις διαστάσεις που είναι το συγκεκριμένο χαρτί. (Το κάτω χαρτί είναι το Α4 το επάνω είναι το δικό σας "Α4") Μικρό Update Έκανα το "κόλπο" να κόψω και να κολλήσω επάνω σε Α4 για να το πάρει ο εκτυπωτής . εννοείτε το μάσησε ο εκτυπωτής. Σήμερα όμως παρέλαβα το δέμα μου με 10 προϊόντα εκ των οποίων το ένα (βαλσαμελαιο) λήγει τον ίδιο μήνα!! Πήρα απευθείας τηλέφωνο στην γραμματεία σας της το είπα, με έβαλε ένα λεπτό σε αναμονή και μου απαντάει τελικά ότι όλη η παρτίδα των ελαίων αυτών λήγει αυτό τον μήνα αλλά μπορώ να το χρησιμοποιήσω για τρεις μήνες ακόμα. Της εξηγώ ότι δεν το θέλω να λήγει τώρα και το ήθελα για περισσότερους μήνες αφού για αυτό πλήρωσα. Μου λέει ναι αλλά δεν έχω με άλλη ημερομηνία. Μπορείτε μου λέει την επόμενη φορά να γράψετε στα σχόλια της παραγγελίας ότι δεν θέλετε να λήγει τον ίδιο μήνα!?!?! Τι απάντηση είναι αυτή δεν καταλαβαίνω. Απαράδεκτη απλά. Τέλος μου είπε αν θέλω να αλλάξω το λάδι με κάποιο άλλο προϊόν. Δεν θα μπω καν στην διαδικασία και ταλαιπωρία. Απλά δεν θα σας ξαναπροτιμησω εφόσον ούτε με ενημερώσατε αν θέλω ένα ληγμένο προϊόν. Ποιος θέλει αλήθεια να πληρώσει για ένα ληγμένο προϊόν; I have been ordering from your store for many years and I have never had a complaint. Το κατάστημα είναι σαν ένας χώρος έκθεσης τεράστιο πολύ όμορφο με πάρα πολλές επιλογές για το αντικείμενο του καθένα. Και αρώματα πααααρα πολλά. Καλούπια σιλικόνης και εκεί πααααρα πολλές επιλογές λίγο ακριβά βέβαια αλλά νομίζω τα κατασκευάζουν μόνοι τους και η ποιότητα είναι φοβερή. Και οι κοπέλες πρόθυμες να σου λύσουν κάθε απορία και να σε βοηθήσουν. I had made some orders before I visit the store and all was without any problem cautious and secure packaging.
