★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Νοέμβρη 2017 αγοράσαμε λέβητα υγραερίου/φυσικού αερίου μέσω ίντερνετ. Κάναμε την εγκατάσταση και δεν πρόλαβε να κλείσει 2 χρόνια, χάλασε ένα ανταλλακτικό το οποίο είναι εντός εγγύησης και κοστίζει 150€ . Φέραμε υδραυλικό δικό μας, επικοινωνήσαμε με την εταιρεία και μας έστειλαν και δικό τους που συνεργάζονται.ειπε οδικός τους ότι όλα καλά με την εγκατάσταση και πήρε δείγμα από το νερό.ειπε ο συνεργάτης τους ότι δε φταίει τίποτα από τη σύνδεση ούτε το νερό κι ότι απλά πρέπει να μας στείλουν το ανταλλακτικό.περιμενουμε απ' τον Οκτώβρη και δεν έκαναν καμία κίνηση παρόλο που έχουμε επικοινωνήσει επανηλημενα μαζί τους.τωρα φυσικά έχει περάσει και το όριο της εγγύησης
November 2017 we bought a gas / gas boiler over the internet. We did the installation and didn't close for 2 years, broke a spare part which is under warranty and costs 150 €. We brought our own hydraulic, we contacted the company and they sent us their cooperating. He told them by road that everything was fine with the installation and sampled the water. they just have to send us the spare part. we wait for october and they made no move even though we have repeatedly contacted them. of course the warranty has expired
