★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly awful service. Their pricing is arbitrary and changes without notice to customers. They won’t deliver to your door. We’ve had their drivers drop off boxes on the side of the road and refuse to bring them onto the property - even though there were no stairs to climb. And they are rude and have even made racist remarks. So never EVER use them for delivery in Ikaria. I’ve alerted IKEA about our repeated terrible experience with this company in the hopes that Delatolas will stop using them. Here are some photos of packages they charged 50€ to deliver that they left in the road…. THE ROAD. When we asked the drivers to drop them off by the house - they said call our office if you have a complaint.
