N	Nina S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic place to stay in Alykes! The furniture and the decor is all handmade by the owners and it makes the rooms extremely cosy. We felt very welcome here and even extended our stay. The location is the best you can imagine in Alykes, close to restaurants, bars and a few steps from the beach. The brothers Marios and George also have a small shop with local products and a lovely bar + they will give you the best tips on restaurants, things to do and everything else! Very recommend!

The studios are right next to the beautiful Alykes beach, the rooms are very beautifully decorated and the hosts make you feel like home. The cafe downstairs is a dream for coffee lovers, a must try for any visit on the island. I would happily return here again and recommend this to anyone visiting zakynthos.

Room - we had the room near the bar but it wasn't noisy and the music was amazing. The room looked exactly like the pictures, clean, and the handmade furnishings really made it feel high end and special. The bed was really comfy, and the shower was hot and powerful! Bathroom and kitchen seemed be very new. The balcony was huge with a 4-seater table. Location was perfec, right in the centre of town but it was still quiet. We'd not stayed in the town before on previous visits to Alykes and were worried about noise, however it was super quiet. But still, bars, shops and restaurants and less than 1 min away, as is the beach But the best part of our stay was the hospitality - We suggest you to do this great experience. I really appreciate his work on the accommodation.He did a lot by his self, that makes kanela studios very unique. I would highly recommend to visit. It was very nice to be there. Thanks a lot

Room - we had a double studio. It looked exactly like the pictures but was bigger than we thought it would be. It was super clean, and the handmade furnishings really made it feel high end and special. The bed was really comfy, and the shower was hot and powerful! Bathroom and kitchen seemed be very new. Our room was the one with terrace and it definitely enriched the experience because we used to enjoy there a lot .... playing with our son, eating amazing salads made by Marios. The sea is just few steps from Kanela and Marios may give you the umbrella. Kanela makes big difference among other locations. Exceptional concept ...handmade and unique, attention to details, frindly and funny. Hellos to Marios, Giorgio, Roberto, Nina. I would like to come back next season. Highly suggest Kanela.
