D	Dimitris Petroglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική αδιαφορία που ίσως παρόμοια να μην έχω βιώσει ξανά. Απόγευμα 19/5 επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα για να επιλέξω πλακάκια και ειδη μπάνιου. Πριν από εμένα ηταν ενα ζευγάρι και τους εξυπηρετούσε ο πωλητης. Καλησπέρησα και άρχισα να βλέπω τα δείγματα ωσπιυ να έρθει η σειρά μου. Περίμενα υπομονετικά χωρίς να οω κουβέντα. Ξαφνικά και μετά από 25 λεπτά με ρωτησε ο πωλητής τι ήθελα. Του εξήγησα και μου απάντησε ότι δεν είναι δυνατόν να με εξυπηρετήσει διότι δεν ειχα κλείσει ραντεβού. Μετά από 25 λεπτά αναμονής θυμήθηκε ότι δεν μπορεί να με εξυπηρετήσει και δεν έδειξε οποιοδήποτε ενδιαφέρον. Ένιωσα απογοήτευση από τον τρόπο εξυπηρέτησης και πήγα να βρω τον διευθυντή του καταστήματος, ο οποίος έλειπε. Αφησα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας. Εννοείται ότι τα ραντεβού στα καταστήματα λόγω κορωνοιου έχουν καταργηθεί. Tragic indifference that I may not have experienced similarly again. Όταν κάποιος ρωτάει για τα χαρακτηριστικά ενός προϊόντος πριν το πληρώσει η απάντηση δεν είναι ένας αναστεναγμός... Έδειξα υπομονή για τουλάχιστον 15 λεπτά και έφυγα. Πήγα στα κεντρικά της ΧΑΛΚΟΡ για να πάρω πληροφορίες και προσπέκτους για την αγορά καί τοποθέτηση τών υδρορροών. K	Katerina Kontou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα από το κατάστημα ένα επιτοίχιο λέβητα και η τοποθέτηση έγινε από δικό τους συνεργάτη.Ολα έγιναν σωστά αλλά μετά από δέκα μέρες ξεκίνησαν προβλήματα.Χαλασε ο υψηλής πιέσεως και ένα μανόμετρο τέσσερις φορές σε διάστημα ενός χρόνου.Η δικαιολογία ήταν ότι έφταιγε η εταιρεία με τις φιάλες υγραερίου ότι είχαν λάδι και σκουριά. Αλλάξαμε προμηθευτή και ξανάεγινε το ίδιο με αποτέλεσμα η εταιρεία να μου προτείνει να αγοράσω ελαιοτηρα υγραερίου με κόστος 260 ευρώ το οποίο και αγόρασα.Η εταιρεία μου πρότεινε δικόυς της συνεργάτες για να το τοποθετήσουν έχω καλέσει επανελειμενα τους συνεργάτες και κανένας δεν μπορεί ή δεν ξέρει να το τοποθετήσει και ο ελαιωτηρας βρίσκεται σε αχρηστία.Η εταιρεία είναι αναξιόπιστοι όπως και οι συνεργάτους πολύ κακώς που τους εμπιστεύτηκα και τους έδωσα για όλη την εγκατάσταση 2500 ενώ μπορούσα να είχα πάει οπουδήποτε λυπάμαι πολύ!!! The high pressure and a pressure gauge broke four times in one year. The excuse was that the company was to blame for the gas cylinders that had oil and rust. We changed supplier and the same thing happened again with the result that the company suggested me to buy LPG oil gas at a cost of 260 euros which I bought. My company suggested its own partners to install it I have repeatedly called the partners and no one can or does not know install it and the oil mill is in disuse. The company is unreliable as well as the partners very badly that I trusted them and gave them for the whole installation 2500 while I could have gone anywhere I am very sorry !!!

Αν ρωτήσεις τιμή η κάποια άλλη βοήθεια ... Εκεί σε έχουν στραβό κοιτάξει άμα τουσ ρωτήσεις και κάτι περίεργο ???!!! Εκεί μπορείς να φας και κάνα βρίσιδι... Με τόσο πανικό που γίνετε δεν τουσ άδικο και ολας..... Παρόλαυτα καλες τιμές .. έχει τα πάντα .... Πολύ δυνατό μαγαζί .... j	john john on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα ένα πρόβλημα στο σπίτι με κάποιο θέμα υδραυλικής φύσεως, και μου σύστησαν το κατάστημα σας για ανταλλακτικά, πήγα πίρα την γλύκα και θα ξανά πάω σε εσχάτη περίπτωση οκ δεν νομίζω. Περιμένεις για πολύ ώρα , πρέπει να ξέρεις ακριβώς τι θέλεις, εάν δεν ξέρεις γιατί δεν είσαι επαγγελματίας αρχίζουν τα στραβώματα και η αδιαφορία, αρά για τους ερασιτέχνες καλό είναι το πρακτικερ η το Leroy γιατί ψωνίζεις χωρίς το άγχος σαν να δίνεις εξετάσεις.
