Είναι κρίμα να σας αποπροσανατολίζει ο τρόπος που απεικονίζει ο πελάτης την εμπειρία του.Γιατί, όντως, η επιχείρησή σας χάνει την ευκαιρία να διορθώσει το προϊόν, την υπηρεσία, την διαδικασία, την εξυπηρέτηση! Χάνει την ευκαιρία να βελτιωθεί! Για του λόγου το αληθές ανάφερωνενη στην απάντηση σας η βάφτιση που διοργανώθηκε στην αίθουσα σας δεν υπήρξε στιγμή που να έγινε κατάχρηση της περιουσίας σας( σπασανε ποτήρια) . Επιτρέψτε να σας διορθώσω ότι λόγω νομοθεσίας η μουσική επιτρεπόταν αλλά "καθήμενοι στα τραπέζια" πράγμα που αναλαμβάνουμε κάθε ευθύνη γιατί ήταν το μόνο που δεν τηρήθηκε απέναντι σας. ΝΑΙ χορέψαμε!!! Φυσικά νομίζω ότι δεχτήκαμε για αυτήν την πράξη τις συνέπειες των πράξεών μας με το να έρχεστε να χαμηλώνετε την μουσική, να μας άγριο κοιτάτε και να μας συμπεριφέρεστε με απόλυτη Αγένεια. Σαφώς ύστερα από 6 μήνες μας ενημερώνετε ότι στο κατάστημα σας έχετε καταγραφικό, η Οδηγία 1/2011 της Αρχής Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, με την οποία δίδονται κατευθυντήριες γραμμές για τη νόμιμη χρήση συστημάτων βιντεοεπιτήρησης σε ιδιωτικούς χώρους προσβάσιμους στο κοινό. Η χρήση των καμερών επιτρέπεται για την προστασία προσώπων και αγαθών που βρίσκονται στο συγκεκριμένο χώρο. Ο σκοπός αυτός επεξεργασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων δικαιολογείται από το έννομο συμφέρον ή τη νομική υποχρέωση του διαχειριστή του χώρου να προστατεύσει τα πρόσωπα και τα αγαθά από παράνομες πράξεις. Μάλλον την νομοθεσία θα έπρεπε να την ξέρετε καλύτερα. Οι κάμερες που όπως λέτε μας κατέγραψαν είναι για την διασφάλιση των πελατών σας και όχι να μετρήσετε πόσες στροφές κάναμε όταν χορέψαμε. Λυπουμεθα που βρεθήκαμε τελικά εμείς σε θέση να απολογουμαστε γιατί πολύ απλά η αγένεια σας τελικά είναι αμετάκλητη και μη προσέγγισιμη. Γεγονός που επαναλαμβάνεται και με παρακάτω αξιολογήσεις σχετικά με την συμπεριφορά σάς. Δεν θα κρίνω καθόλου το φαγητό γιατί η κακή σας συμπεριφορά αναίρεσε τα 3 καλά πιάτα που μπορεί να έιχατε. επιφυλασσόμαστε για κάθε νόμιμο δικαίωμα σχετικά με τις συκοφαντίες εκ μέρους μας με σκοπό να υποστηρίξετε την θέση σας βασιζόμενος σε γεγονότα που δεν έγιναν ποτέ. Ζήτω συγνώμη για το μακροσκελές της αξιολόγησης μου αλλά η τοποθέτηση μου προσπάθησε να είναι κάτι παραπάνω από ευγενική. Η αγορά φυσικά είναι ανοιχτή και από την στιγμή που δεν ανταπεξέλθατε στις προσδοκίες μας όσο και των 100 ατόμων καλεσμένων μας δεν θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε.
