Τελείως αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά από υπαλλήλους «κοριτσάκια» που δεν έχουν ιδέα από εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επισκευών κινητών τηλεφώνων. Unacceptable! I went to cut my sim and they destroyed it so that it stays in the socket of the phone and does not recognize it. Completely unprofessional behavior by "little girls" employees who have no idea about customer service and mobile phone repairs.

Gerovasili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγα το ασυρματο τηλεφωνο που δεν δουλευε, μετα απο δυο μερες μου ειπε οτι το εφτιαξε, 8 ευρο κοστισε, πηγα πισω στο σπιτι για να συνηδητοποιησω οτι δεν ειχε φτιαξει τιποτα. Το γυρναω πισω τους το λεω, μου λεει ενας αλλος συναδελφος κατσε να το παω πανω να το ξανακοιταξω και επιστρεφει σε λιγο να μου πει οτι ταχα ειναι η βαση που χαλασε και οχι το τηλεφωνο το ιδιο. Με αλλα λογια λενε ταχα οτι επισκευασανε κατι για να σου παρουν τα λεφτα αλλα δεν εχουν κανει τιποτα. I went to the cordless phone that did not work, after two days he told me that he fixed it, it cost 8 euros, I went back home to realize that he had not fixed anything. I turn it over and tell them, another colleague tells me to sit down and look at it again and he comes back shortly to tell me that it is the base that broke and not the phone itself. Α	ΑΜΑΛΙΑ ΓΑΛΑΝΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δουλεύω σε εμπορικό κατάστημα και τους παραδωσαμε έναν καταμετρητη χαρτονομισματων για επισκευή πριν ενάμιση μήνα. Σε όλο αυτό το διάστημα δεν είχαμε καμία ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη του service που ζητήσαμε. Καλέσαμε Τρίτη 4/12 και μας λένε ότι ο καταμετρητης Στάλθηκε στην αντιπροσωπεία και ότι αύριο θα τον έχουν και θα μας καλέσουν. Φυσικά δεν μας κάλεσαν ποτέ. Καλέσαμε εμείς 7/12 και η απάντηση..... Σήμερα λείπει η κοπέλα που ασχολείται με το service και ότι κανένας άλλος δεν μπορεί να μας εξυπηρετήσει... Τη Δευτέρα που θα γυρίσει η κοπέλα από την αδεια της θα μας καλέσουν..... Για να μας πουν τι γίνεται...... Δυστυχώς αν και μεγάλο κατάστημα δεν έχει καμία οργάνωση. Την αξιολόγηση αυτή δεν θα την έκανα αν δεν αντιμετωπιζαμε ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα που είχαμε ξανά πριν από 1.5 χρόνο πάλι με το ίδιο προϊόν και την ίδια κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν μας ενοχλεί τόσο η αναμονή όσο η κακή επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα... Κρίμα. Νεώτερη επεξεργασία κριτικής 8/12/18: Και για να είμαι σωστή θα πρέπει να αναφέρω, για την μερική αποκατάσταση της εικόνας του καταστήματος, ότι μετά την δημοσίευση της κριτικής μας κάλεσε το καταστημα για να παμε να παραλάβουμε νέο προϊόν αντικαθιστωντας το παλιό. Αν ήταν τυχαίο ότι μας κάλεσαν χαίρομαι που κατάλαβαν το απαράδεκτο της απάντησης τους. Αν η κριτική είναι αυτή που τους παρακίνησε πάλι χαίρομαι αν βοήθησα έστω και λίγο για την βελτίωση των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών. Οπότε διορθώνω σε δύο αστέρια... We called 7/12 and the answer ..... Today the girl who deals with the service is missing and that no one else can serve us ... On Monday when the girl returns from her leave they will call us .. ... To tell us what is happening ...... Unfortunately, although a large store has no organization. I would not make this assessment if we did not face exactly the same problem we had again 1.5 years ago again with the same product and the same poor service. We are not so much bothered by the wait as by the bad communication with the store ... Too bad. If it was a coincidence that they called us, I am glad that they understood the inadmissibility of their answer. N	Nektarios Marmaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι το μόνο σέρβις που δέχθηκε να μου φτιάξει το κινητό που είχε πεσει σε νερό. Αλλου λέγαν ότι είναι χαμένη υπόθεση και δεν αξίζει τον κοπο. Μου το φτιάξαν, έκαναν back up τα αρχεία μου που ήταν συναισθηματικής αξίας και ολα μόνο με 10 ευρώ. It is the only service that agreed to repair my mobile phone that had fallen into the water. Elsewhere they said it was a lost cause and not worth it. They fixed it for me, they backed up my files which were of emotional value and all for only 10 euros.
