Το αρνητικό είναι πως έχει λίγα "δωματιάκια" για τον κόσμο που εξυπηρετεί και ειδικά τις ώρες αιχμής τα αμάξια κάνουν ουρά στον δρόμο για να μπουν. Convenient place to wash your car. Επίσης τα κουμπιά στις επιλογές δεν δούλευαν με αποτέλεσμα να βγάζει τη μια σαπούνι, την κερί κλπ. Το θετικό, το πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Χρειάζεται ξεκάθαρα βελτίωση. G	Gukgb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πελάτης χρόνια, φέρνω δικό μου αμάξι και της γυναίκας, όχι πολύ συχνά, μια φορά το μήνα και πολλές φορές και μία στους δύο-τρεις μήνες καθώς περισσότερες φορές αφήνω τα αυτοκίνητα στο πλυντήριο δίπλα στην εργασία. Δεν κάνω τζίρο στο μαγαζί λοιπόν, αλλά όπως και να είναι πελάτη είμαι. Πέρασα απόγευμα Παρασκευής 24/12 στης 18:00 περίπου για ένα πλύσιμο, έριξα 3 η 4 ευρώ, και καθώς με πήραν τηλ άργησα με το πλύσιμο και έμεινε το αυτοκίνητο μέσα στον αφρό. Εκείνη στιγμή διαπίστωσα πως δεν έχω άλλα κέρματα και γενικά μετρητά, και ζητάω από τον υπάλληλο (ήταν ένας άνδρας με γενειάδα) να μου κρατήσει από την κάρτα κάποιο ποσό και να μου δώσει κέρματα για να τελειώσω το ξέπλυμα, μου απαντά πως δεν γίνεται αυτό, ότι υπάρχει προμήθεια που πληρώνει το μαγαζί στην τράπεζα αν χρεώνουν κάρτα κλπ. Οκ, άσχετα ότι γίνεται παντού αυτό που ζήτησα, τουλάχιστον στα καταστήματα που γνωρίζω εγώ, αλλά αν το θέμα είναι η προμήθεια , οποία είναι κάπου στα 4-5 λεπτά ολόκληρα... Χρέωσε μου 5€ και δώσε μου τα 4€ , θα βγάλει και πουρμπουάρ, όχι λέει, δεν γίνεται. Βρίσκω πενήντα λεπτά λοιπόν πεσμένα κάπου στο αυτοκίνητο, ξεπλένω κούτσα στραβά, και εκεί που πάω να σκουπίσω το αυτοκίνητο, μου έρχεται ο υπάλληλος και λέει αν δεν θα κάνω σκούπα, να μην πιάνω την θέση κάτω από το σκέπαστρο και να πάω κάπου στην άκρη να σκουπίσω γιατί θα χρειαστεί κάποιος άλλος που θα βάλει την σκούπα την θέση αυτή, δηλαδή τα 5-10 που θα χρειαστώ τού δημιουργεί πρόβλημα. Και το βασικό, να είχε 10 αυτοκίνητα στην ουρά να περιμένουν, ίσως και θα το καταλάβαινα, αν καί πάλη δεν είναι λόγος να διώχνεις τον πελάτη, αλλά είχε ΤΡΊΑ αυτοκίνητα που τα σκούπισαν και άλλα δύο που τα πλενανε...Υπήρχαν δύο κενές θέσεις για σκούπισμα δηλαδή... Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά θεωρώ... Αν θέλει, ας εξηγήσει ο ιδιοκτήτης στους υπαλλήλους τούς το πώς πρέπει να αντιμετωπίζεται ο πελάτης. Δεν ξέρω αν θα ξαναέρθω. Ευχαριστώ.
