★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα έχει τύχει να γίνω πολλές φορές θεατής, πελατών οι οποίοι ήταν αγανακτισμένοι με τη συμπεριφορά και το ύφος κάποιων υπαλλήλων.
Σήμερα 27/11/2017 επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα ώστε να παραλάβω τη παραγγελία μου την οποία είχα κάνει online 3 ημέρες νωρίτερα.
Η υπάλληλος που βρισκόταν στο ταμειο (Σιβοπουλου Παναγιώτα) ήταν αγενέστατη!
Με πολυ ειρωνικό ύφος με σχολιασε στη συνάδελφο που βρισκοταν δίπλα της,
οταν έριξε τη παραγγελία μου κάτω κατά λάθος, δε ζήτησε ούτε από ευγένεια ένα συγγνώμη, οταν επίσης παρέλαβε τα χρήματα και πληρώθηκε το λογαριασμό κινητής της μητέρας μου δεν είπε ούτε ευχαριστώ.
Ντροπή στη συγκεκριμένη, η οποία είναι άσχετη σε ότι έχει να κάνει με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Κυρία Σιβοπουλου είστε υπόλογη των πράξεών σας.
In this particular store, I have often been a spectator, customers who were outraged by the behavior and style of some employees.
Today 27/11/2017 I visited the store to pick up my order which I had made online 3 days earlier.
The employee who was in the fund (Sivopoulou Panagiota) was very rude!
In a very ironic style, she commented to my colleague next to her,
when he accidentally dropped my order, he didn't even politely apologize, when he also received the money and my mother's mobile account was paid he didn't even say thank you.
Shame on this one, which has nothing to do with customer service.
Mrs. Sivopoulou, you are accountable for your actions.
