A small family-run hotel located some 200 meters from Skotina Beach so you can walk to the beach nicely. The facility has a small children's playground for children up to 5 years old, as well as parking in the shade of the vine. As for parking, it is free of charge and is located in the courtyard of the hotel itself but also in the courtyard of another house across the street. The hotel has studios downstairs and upstairs, rooms are tidy and clean, and linen and towels are changed regularly every three to four days. Each apartment has access to terraces that are separated by physical barriers so that you do not see the neighbors but you hear them sometimes and too much .... but it already depends on the neighbors. Also, each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and internet signal which are also free of charge. In the first part of my stay it was quite loud since I had young children on either side of my apartment, that changed a lot later. Otherwise, the landlady of the hotel uses a little bit of Serbian, so you can talk to her nicely while the landlord speaks English well so you can speak with him. The boss also produces excellent "Uzo" and "Tcipuro" and you can buy the same at very affordable prices, as well as the excellent quality olive oil produced by the master's parents. Accommodation that is primarily suitable for people with young children and everyone else. From the accommodation to the beach there is a market about half way, and there is also a market towards the exit of the settlement also some hundred meters. There are two restaurants just across the street from the market.

In terms of price, quality, very correct accommodation. The hosts are friendly and always available for every need. Parking spaces are provided. The rooms are very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 to 4 days. Room cleaning is also organized. I spent the summer with family and friends, we used 3 rooms and we are all satisfied. All in all a very pleasant stay.

In short; I wish the most beautiful things in life to my children. They fell in love with Skotina beach and this house which is great .. Honesty, kindness, friendship and especially cleanliness and tidiness are the descriptions of this house .. We enjoyed the vacation in the house. The plaza is close. We had peace and quiet in the backyard. And the parking lot is secured with a camera in the shade under the grapes. The owners allow you to bring homemade thick olive oil at an affordable price, offer and explain all the needs to guests in SERBIAN, ENGLISH, GERMAN AND GREECE. And in the end, this house was with a correct and favorable price, unlike other offers. . Enjoy like a mouse
