Στην είσοδο του κτιρίου υπάρχει έτερη πινακίδα όπου αναφέρεται ότι η ανάπλαση και επέκταση του ΚΑΠΗ της κοινότητας Νέων Παλατίων δήμου Ωρωπού έγινε με τη συγχρηματοδότηση της Ελλάδας και της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης στο πλαίσιο του επιχειρησιακού προγράμματος "Αττική 2007-2013"
Είναι πραγματικά ένα πολύ όμορφο κτίριο που διατηρείται σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση, στο κέντρο του εμπορικού κέντρου του δήμου. Διαθέτει και ηλεκτρική ράμπα για όσους αδυνατούν να κατέβουν τα σκαλοπάτια.
According to a marble slab that exists at the entrance of KAPI New Palaces:
"VASILIKI SKOUTI - KOTIDOU WAS BORN IN THE PALACE OF PROKONISOS OF ASIA ON 1-1-1919.
HE DIED IN THE NEW PALACE OF OROPOS, ATTICA ON 17-6-1998.
THIS BUILDING IS A GIFT OF HER FOR THE ELDERLY.
THANK YOU MRS. VASILIKI. "
At the entrance of the building there is another sign stating that the renovation and expansion of KAPI of the community of Nea Palatia in the municipality of Oropos was done with the co-financing of Greece and the European Union within the operational program "Attiki 2007-2013"
It is really a very beautiful building that is kept in very good condition, in the center of the shopping center of the municipality. It also has an electric ramp for those who can not go down the stairs.
