Having previously worked with them I haven't started with the best terms with them and rated them low. However in the end through conversation and calming of spirits (mine), they will do right by you.

I would advise everyone to stay well away from this company. For more than 2 years I have been trying to have my remote VHF device replaced that was under guarantee and I was mislead by Paleros Yacht Services starting from administrator Catherine Moraiti and her manager. I have made more than 15 phone calls from Russia where I live, and I have been at their offices 3 times and each time I was told that my claim will be sorted. In August 2015 my remote VHF device stopped working and on internet I found that Paleros was official representative of B&G for Lefkada and since I was there at the time I contacted them. Their representative, Dimitry, came to my boat and ascertained that in fact the device is not working and that Paleros will inform B&G of that. In over a year and half after that I have made more than 15 telephone calls and each time spoke to Ms. Catherine Moraiti who assured me that my matter was taken care of. Only 2 weeks prior to my boat launch when I called again was I told that my guarantee was not valid after November 2015 more since Paleros made a late claim ( 4 more months after than I reported the fault) and that I will have to pay for the new device as well as for their cost. Today I went to their offices again and I was told by Ms. Catherine Moraiti that there was nothing that they can do and that I will have to pay for the new devices and their cost of coming to my boat and installing it. I will be making an official complaint to B&G.
