★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moin zukünftige Abenteurer. Ich sehe da hat noch kein einziger Kunde über diese Firma geschrieben. Leider muss ich wohl der erste sein. Wir haben ein Rohbau bei dieser Firma gekauft und mit dieser Firma auch den Bau zum Ende gebaut. Leider wohnen wir in Deutschland und konnten den Bau nicht verfolgen. Versprochen wurde alles bestens aber nach der Übernahme und zwei Jahre Nutzung kommen immer mehr und mehr Baufehler raus, was jetzt von der Firma nicht akzeptiert wird, obwohl es reine Baufehler sind. Wir sind jetzt gezwungen einen Rechtsanwalt ein zu schalten. Nie wieder im Leben mit Griechen etwas bauen. Die andere Helfe steht noch immer leer und Herr Manolis kann nicht verkaufen, würde ich auch nicht empfehlen zu kaufen.

We bought a shell from this company and also completed the construction with this company. Unfortunately we live in Germany and could not follow the construction. Everything was promised well, but after the takeover and two years of use, more and more construction errors come out, which is now not accepted by the company, although they are pure construction errors. We are now forced to hire a lawyer. Never again in your life to build anything with Greeks. The other helper is still empty and Mr. Manolis cannot sell, and I would not recommend buying either.
