★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! έστειλα ένα βαρέλι 50κιλο λάδι από Χανιά να πάει στο Ηράκλειο. Ρώτησα πότε έχει δρομολόγιο για Ηράκλειο για να πάει αυθημερόν γιατί το λάδι δε πρέπει να μείνει σε ήλιο πολλές ώρες γιατί καταστρεφεται και μου είπαν τη Δευτέρα το μεσημέρι. Το πήγα λοιπόν τη Δευτέρα 11 η ώρα το πρωί και το έστειλαν σήμερα Πέμπτη!!! Το λάδι έχει γίνει 100% νερό (άχρηστο) και ο παραλήπτης δε το δέχεται να το παραλάβει και συνεπώς χάνω 195 ευρώ εγώ και παράλληλα γίνομαι και ρεζίλι και κανένας πλέον δε θα ξαναγορασει ελαιόλαδο απομενα!!! Γαϊδούρια ψεύτες με ίχνος σεβασμού!!!!
UNACCEPTABLE !!! I sent a barrel of 50kg of oil from Chania to go to Heraklion. I asked when it has a route to Heraklion to go the same day because the oil should not stay in the sun for many hours because it is destroyed and they told me on Monday at noon. So I went on Monday at 11 o'clock in the morning and they sent it today, Thursday !!! The oil has become 100% water (useless) and the recipient does not accept to receive it and therefore I lose 195 euros and at the same time I become resilient and no one will buy olive oil again !!! Donkeys liars with a trace of respect !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλώς απαράδεκτοι! Παράγγειλα φούρνο μικροκυμάτων από κατάστημα στο Ηράκλειο στις 2/3/22. Τον έστειλαν στις 3/3/22. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στις 9/3/22 (μία εβδομάδα μετά) τη συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική εταιρία να ρωτήσω που βρίσκεται και να παραπονεθώ γιατί η τόση καθυστέρηση και μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα με τη φράση ο οδηγός είναι στο δρόμο… Να ζητήσουμε και συγνώμη αφού τελικά μας το έφεραν το δέμα μην είμαστε και πλεονέκτες…
Just unacceptable! I ordered a microwave oven from a store in Heraklion on 2/3/22. They sent him on 3/3/22. I called the specific transport company on 9/3/22 (a week later) to ask where it is and to complain because it was so late and they hung up the phone in my face with the phrase the driver is on the way… To apologize after finally they brought us the package, we are not advantages…
