Nice place, on a farm, kind host! Very close beaches, very good and perfect for children!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα θετικά: Ευγενικό & εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, ωραίο μέρος.
Τα αρνητικά: Μικρά δωμάτιο, τρομερά μικρά δωμάτια!!! Μικρά WC, το parking λίγο στενό, ακριβές τιμές για τόσο μικρά δωμάτια, έχω την εντύπωση ότι ενώ είναι 2κλινο ένα δωμάτιο, το νοικιάζουν για 4κλινο, παλιό κτήριο, κακή ηχομόνωση, επικίνδυνες οι κούνιες και πιο συγκεκριμένα οι σκάλες της τσουλίθρας, δεν επιβάλουν ωράριο κοινής ησυχίας με αποτέλεσμα οι διπλανοί να είναι στο μπαλκόνι τους μέχρι τις 2 το βράδυ και να μιλούν ή και να ακούν μουσική, έχει 2 ηλεκτρικές εστίες και λειτουργεί μόνο η μία η μιρκή που είναι για μπρίκι, οπότε δεν μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις, ο βραστήρας που είχαν ήταν βρώμικος, δεν παρείχαν σφουγγάρι και υγρό πιάτων, υπερβολικά μικρή και το κουζινάκι, μικρό το μπαλκονάκι.
Αν η τιμή ήταν πιο λογική δεν θα είχα πρόβλημα. Αλλά 75€ για δίκλινο που το έκαναν τετράκλινο, είναι πολλα!
The positives: Kind & helpful staff, nice place.
The negatives: Small room, terribly small rooms !!! Small WC, parking a bit narrow, expensive prices for such small rooms, I have the impression that while it is a 2-bed room, they rent it for a 4-bed, old building, poor sound insulation, dangerous swings and more specifically the sliding stairs, do not impose a schedule quiet so that the neighbors are on their balcony until 2 at night and talk or even listen to music, it has 2 electric hobs and only one cooker is working, so you can not cook, the kettle that they had was dirty, did not provide sponge and dishwashing liquid, too small and the kitchenette, the balcony small.
If the price was more reasonable I would not have a problem. But 75 € for a double that they made a quadruple, is a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great villa, we stayed for a week. The hosts are a very nice family, very welcoming. The garden is really nice and there is also a playground for children. The beach is at 600 m, a huge supermarket at 5 min walking. Overall we had a great vacation. The only downside waa the noise during the day becaise our room was faceing the street.
