 When we arrived the place was closed, we got in touch by whatsapp and the employee / owner came to answer us, not let us down. Excelent reception! Very attentive!

Abholung und Rückgabe am Geschäft, die Rückgabe war sogar schon um 7 Uhr früh möglich!
Very good, helpful service. The rental was short-term and the car was even washed beforehand.
Pick-up and drop-off at the shop, the return was even possible at 7 a.m.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Auto war neu und einwandfrei. Dann haben wir uns etwas in den Reifen gefahren und mussten ihn unterwegs wechseln. Nun waren wir gespannt, wie damit bei der Rückgabe umgegangen wird....und das war eigentlich die schönste Erfahrung des Tages :-) Völlig entspannt sind wir zusammen eben zur Haus- und Hofwerkstatt gefahren, wo der (deutsch sprechende) Monteur schnell festgestellt hat, dass er das Loch in der Lauffläche reparieren kann. Kosten: 10,-€!! Selbst ein Trinkgeld für den Monteur konnte ich absolut nicht loswerden. Also noch mal: Seehr empfehlenswert!!
Highly Recommended! The car was new and immaculate. Then we ran into our tires and had to change them on the way. Now we were curious how it would be handled when it was returned.... and that was actually the best experience of the day :-) Completely relaxed, we drove together to the house and farm workshop, where the (German-speaking) fitter quickly found it has that he can repair the hole in the tread. Cost: €10!! I couldn't even get rid of a tip for the mechanic. So again: Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the car rental was so incredibly nice, flexible and welcoming. The prices were very fair and we felt comfortable.
It wasn't one of those dodgy places where you feel like you have to take pictures of the car beforehand because they might fool you into a damage you haven't done.
This place is honestly the best car rental I have ever dealt with and I can recommend it to anybody visiting sami. We will be back for sure :)
