★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι... Αλλαγή ψυγείου και μετά από ένα χρόνο έχει διαρροή... Ξαναπήγα μου λένε χάνει από το κολάρο... Το αλλάζουν μου λένε όλα εντάξει πάω σπίτι πάλι παραφλου στο δρόμο... Υπάρχουν και αλλού πορτοκαλιές. Πάρτε καλά μαστορια και αφήστε τα πιτσιρίκια από τον ΟΑΕΔ που κάνουν πρακτική.
Unacceptable ... Change of refrigerator and after a year there is a leak ... I went again, they tell me it loses from the collar ... They change it, they tell me everything is ok, I go home paralyzed on the street again ... There are oranges elsewhere. Get good crafts and let the little ones from OAED who do practice.

Το αμάξι μας παραδόθηκε σε σύντομο για την εποχή χρονικό διάστημα και προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε υποψήφιο αγοραστή να έρθει εδώ στην αναζήτηση του ακόμα και αν είναι μακριά όπως εμείς. Ιδιαίτερες ευχαριστίες στους Κυρίους Γιάννη, Γιώργο, Αλέξανδρο και Χρυσόστομο.
We bought our new car from K. Karellis and I have no words for their service both in person and by phone. Our car was delivered in a short time for the season and we unreservedly recommend to any potential buyer to come here in search of it even if it is as far away as we are. Special thanks to Messrs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΣΥΓΧΑΡΗΤΉΡΙΑ.Βρεθηκα στο Καρπενήσι για Σαββατοκύριακο και το αυτοκίνητο μου παρουσίασε πρόβλημα.Εστειλα μήνυμα και αμέσως με κάλεσε ο κ Καρέλλης και ο κ Σταματόπουλος,με προθυμία να με βοηθήσουν με οδηγίες (δεν είμαι πελάτης τους). Δευτέρα πήγα στο συνεργείο τους αμέσως να με εξυπηρετήσουν επειδή επέστρεφα . Δυστυχώς μένω Αθήνα και δεν είναι εύκολο να επισκέπτομαι το service τους Σας ευχαριστώ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μηδενικός σεβασμός στον πελάτη παρά μόνο ρηχότητες και δηθενισμοί. Επιπλέον, είχα μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία όπου χρεώθηκα εργατικά για μία υπόθεση τριών λεπτών για την οποία αναγκάστηκα να περιμένω πάνω από μισή ώρα. Αυτό μία μέρα αφού παρέλαβα το όχημα από service χιλίων ευρώ.
Zero respect for the customer, except for shallows and dents. In addition, I had a very bad experience where I was charged with hard work for a three minute case for which I had to wait more than half an hour. This one day after I received the vehicle from service for a thousand euros.
