T	Toril Brænd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was very good. The lobster was a bit dry in my dishes but taste was good. Otherwise all good. Service was just missing for us. We where totally overlooked after the maincourse. When we finally asked for attantion (the wine and water bottle was then VERY VERY empty) was it for us to late to having a good experiance. In this high-end restaurant you should not have to ask for attantion. The evening in this restaurant was destroyed. When we asked for the bill and told them why we where unhappie they could maybe had offered us something and been a little bit more humble. But instead the comment was that they where lacking of staff. But the staff where around our table all the time to clean and give out menu to other tables for new guest. But to "buzy" to do more things at the same time. The low score they get because I think that good service and good food goes hand in hand. And they could easily have repared the damage. But they choose to do not! And the answer I got on my post says the same as the experiance. To be a little bit humble does not hurt.

Z	Zar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly they will not change their dishes if you happen not to like an ingredient that's just tough, unless they run out of that ingredient in which case no problem, they'll just swap it without telling you. For those with allergies they bend a little but not enough for you to order freely. I'm allergic to egg but their chef substituted a vegan item they didn't have for mayonnaise. I was assured by the waitress it was vegan twice! The wine list looks fine but only one each colour by the glass. Salmon sashimi was good and firm fleshed. The prawn tempura was also good but mind that they don't remove the digestive tract of the prawn before battering. I am concerned that they sell fois gras here, which is banned in the UK for its extreme cruelty to animals. The beef is excellent and the sauce great too. It does come with breaded potato, which isn't in keeping with the fine dining experience they're aiming for. The tuna and wakame is pretty good. The ambiance is excellent, romantic and softly lit.
L	Lester Kan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a traditional Greek restaurant but they do serve exceptional food! Nicely decorated and located just behind the harbour. It is a great place to enjoy a romantic evening. Fine dinning experience for those who wish to experience something familiar thousand of miles away from home. I had the shrimp and mango which was really well balanced without the mango overpowering the shrimp. Fixture of fruits and vegetables to enhance the shrimp. Highly recommend. I then had another starter baked Crepe with shrimp which was equally good, nothing (including the mozzarella) overpowered the shrimp and the bacon only served to bring out more of the favour from the shrimp. My main course is fresh tuna with wakame which came highly recommended by the Senior Panagiotis which at first I was highly sceptical, as I wasn’t here to have Japanese. There are far better places to have Japanese and not in Crete, but was I surprised. The tuna is so fresh and the wakame was well complimented with the tuna and together with my bottle of wine, well…. Everything was so well balanced and they work magic to my palate. The two restaurant waiters both Panagiotis. They both are competent waiters and the senior one is very funny and has a great sense of humour. I really had a good time here and would highly recommend. Excellent restaurant for a romantic evening or dating!

This restaurant is not directly on the water but in the evening hours, they light everything up so that it's super romantic. You also don't have to worry about street beggers coming up to your table asking for money while you try to eat....I really liked that this wasn't a possibility at this restaurant. In addition, they had a ton of reasonably priced meals in addition to more expensive options.... they really had an option for everyone. I'd definitely eat here again.
