★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη «επιχείρηση». Αγόρασα τα πατήματα κήπου που μου πρότειναν αλλα το 30% αυτών που μου έστειλαν γίνονται θρύψαλα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να τελειώσω το έργο μου. Ενώ έφτασαν σε καλή κατάσταση, είναι τόσο λεπτες οι πετρες που είναι ακαταλληλες για πατήματα. Σπάνε ακόμα κ με το χέρι. Ενώ αρχικά δέχθηκαν να τα αντικαταστήσουν αναγνωρίζοντας το λάθος τους, όταν ήρθε η ώρα να μου τα στείλουν μου ζητούν να τα ξαναπληρώσω. Η υπάλληλος που απαντάει μου λέει ότι έχω δίκιο αλλα πως ο ιδιοκτήτης της δίνει αυτή την απάντηση. Ο ιδιοκτήτης αρνείται να εμφανιστεί στο τηλέφωνο.
Unacceptable "business". I bought the garden treads they suggested to me but 30% of the ones they sent me are crumbling so I can't finish my work. While they are in good condition, the stones are so thin that they are unsuitable for pressing. They even break by hand. While they initially agreed to replace them acknowledging their mistake, when it came time to send them to me they asked me to pay them back. The employee who answers tells me that I am right but that the owner gives her this answer. The owner refuses to appear on the phone.
