★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έστειλα δέμα στη Θεσσαλονίκη και πήγε στην Αθήνα. Όταν μίλησα με τον Κλεάνθη Κασάπη στη Θεσσαλονίκη για να λύσουμε το θέμα κατάλαβα ότι ο άνθρωπος είναι λίαν εποϊικώς αγενέστατος. Σαν να μου κάνουν χάρη που το μετέφεραν δηλαδή. Μακριά και αγαπημένοι.... οι χειρότεροι που συνεργάστηκα ποτέ!
I sent a parcel to Thessaloniki and it went to Athens. When I spoke with Kleanthis Kasapis in Thessaloniki to solve the issue, I realized that man is very epic. As if to do me a favor that they carried it. Far and beloved .... the worst I have ever worked with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταρχάς ήταν αγενέστατοι στον τηλ όταν απλά ρώτησα τι ώρα περίπου θα έρθουν τα πράγματα για να είμαι στο χώρο. Ο μεταφορέας άφησε την παλέτα με τα κιβώτια στο πεζοδρόμιο στον ήλιο. Όταν του είπα ότι δεν μπορώ να τα βάλω μέσα μόνη μου απάντησε αγενέστατα ότι δεν τα βάζει. Έχω πληρώσει πολύ λιγότερα λεφτά σε μεταφορικές κ τουλάχιστον ήταν ευγενικοί!!! Αίσχος εξυπηρέτηση!!!
At first they were very rude on the phone when I just asked what time it would be to be in the area. The carrier left the pallet with the boxes on the sidewalk in the sun. When I told him that I could not put them in on my own, he answered rudely that he did not put them on. I have paid much less money for shipping and at least they were polite !!! Shame service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο σε Μεταφορικη μου έσπασαν τον φουρνο και δεν το αναγνώρισαν καν, ξέχασαν το στρώμα μου και μου έφεραν κ μη δικά μου πράγματα. Δεν θα τους ξανά εμπιστευτω.
Worse, in Metaforiki they broke my oven and did not even recognize it, they forgot my mattress and brought me things not my own. I will not trust them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη μεταφορική!!! Μόλις παρέλαβα ένα ενεργειακό τζάκι και μόνο που δεν με έβρισαν!!! Σα να μου έκαναν κ χάρη που μου έφεραν το τζάκι! Αγένεια κ ειρωνεία όσο δεν πάει! Εννοειται πως έκανα έλεγχο της παραγγελιας ( Η ΟΠΟΙΑ ΗΤΑΝ ΑΞΙΑΣ 1500€ ) κ το σχόλιο τους ηταν: « σε τυχόν ζημια εμεις δεν φέρουμε ευθύνη! Εμάς θα μας πληρωσεις και θα φύγουμε!» Από δω Κ πέρα στο εξης θα είμαι πολύ προσεκτικός στις αγορές με εταιριες που συνεργάζονται με την μεταφορική Κασάπης! Εννοείται ότι ή θα αλλάζει η μεταφορική σε τυχόν μελλοντική αγορά αλλιώς θα ακυρώνεται η παραγγελία!!! Έχει προωθηθεί και σχετική αναφορα στην προστασία καταναλωτή.
The worst transport !!! I just received an energy fireplace and only they did not find me !!! As if they did me a favor by bringing me the fireplace! Rudeness and irony as long as it does not go! Of course I checked the order (WHICH WAS WORTH 1500 €) and their comment was: "in case of any damage we are not responsible! You will pay us and we will leave! " From now on I will be very careful in the markets with companies that cooperate with the butcher Kasapis! It goes without saying that either the shipping will change to any future purchase, otherwise the order will be canceled !!! A relevant reference to consumer protection has also been promoted.
