On Friday 30/07/2021 I called to be informed about the availability of air conditioning. I was informed that there is a Fujitsu brand air conditioner at 449 euros and that it is immediately available. I was also informed that the technician is available to install it Monday morning and we agreed. On Sunday I got it for confirmation and they informed me that they will not catch up on Monday and that we will probably go on Wednesday because there were other customers with a "greater" need than me. After dozens of phone calls and pressure, on Tuesday 03/08/2021 I was told that they would send me the device in 1900 where we had an appointment at a place near the house due to the peculiarity of the area. Of course, they were 2+ hours late. The device that came was not Fujitsu as we had agreed but the cheapest midea on the market. When I asked why they did not ship what I ordered they replied that it was imported by the same company and then that fujitsu was ultimately much more expensive. Unfortunately, time pressure has forced us to keep it. It is a pity to receive such miserable and unprofessional behavior from your fellow citizens that you have supported for many years now. It is now clear that the air conditioner was not available (or they sold it to a "major" customer in between). You could have said sorry. Mistakes are human. But the mockery is unforgivable. Another time to tell the truth instead of dozens of cheap excuses considering us idiots.
