J	Just DIY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά αντιεπαγγελματίες, πήγα στο κατάστημα ζητώντας τους σπρέι για βαφή ζαντών. Μου πρότειναν ένα το οποίο και αγόρασα! Μετά απο μία ολόκληρη ημέρα προετοιμασίας, τριψήματος και καθαρισμού των ζαντών ξεκίνησα το βάψιμο...το αποτέλεσμα απλά τραγικό, οι ζάντες μετά απο 3 χέρια βγήκαν σαν να είχαν αμμοβολιστεί και μόλις τις ακούμπαγες η βαφή έφευγε!!! Την επόμενη ημέρα που πήγα να τους ρωτήσω γιατι βγήκε έτσι χωρίς να έχει πολύ όρεξη να ασχοληθεί ο κύριος που μου έδωσε και τα σπρεί έριξε μια ματιά και μου είπε απλά δεν το έχει ξαναδεί και οτι θέλει πάλι τρίψιμο και βάψιμο πηγαίνοντας στον επόμενο πελάτη...1 αστέρι γιατί δεν μπορώ δυστυχώς να βάλω κανένα! Really unprofessional, I went to the store asking for rim spray paints. They offered me one which I bought! After a whole day of preparing, grinding and cleaning the wheels I started painting ... the result was simply tragic, the wheels came out after 3 hands as if they had been blown up and as soon as the paint was gone !!! The next day I went to ask them why it came out without much appetite for the gentleman who gave me and sprayed them a glance and told me he had just never seen it and that he would like to rub and paint again on the way to the next customer .. .1 star because I unfortunately can't put any!

L	Lily Loutrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς παρ' όλο που μου σύστησαν το κατάστημα ως πολύ καλό, με δυσκολία βρήκα τα μισά από τη λίστα μου. Ο κύριος που με εξυπηρέτησε περιφερόταν στο κατάστημα σαν χαμένος για να βρει τι του ζητούσα & συνεχώς ρωτούσε τους άλλους υπαλλήλους αφού πρώτα μου έλεγε "δεν το έχω αυτό"... Δεν είχατε πρόκες είναι είδος επιπλοποιίας? Στη Σαλαμίνα όπου κατοικώ σε όλα τα χρωματοπωλεία βρίσκω τα πάντα!! & κάσια που το θεωρείτε είδος επιπλοποιίας. Την ημέρα που επισπεύστηκα το κατάστημα, είχε ανοίξει το λιανεμπόριο & στο επόμενο χρωματοπωλείο που πήγα μπήκα κανονικά στο κατάστημα & εξυπηρετήθηκα κανονικότατα. Επίσης οι προηγούμενοι & οι επόμενοι πελάτες από εμάς δεν είχαν ραντεβού άρα η δικαιολογία περί ραντεβού είναι άτοπη. (Σε απάντηση της απάντησης). 'Εννοείται ότι δεν θα ξαναπάω. Έχει τόσα άλλα στην γύρω περιοχή. Unfortunately, even though they recommended the store to me as very good, I had a hard time finding half of my list. The gentleman who served me was wandering around the store like a loser to find what I was asking for him & he was constantly asking the other employees after he first told me "I don't have this" ... Didn't you have any problems? In Salamina where I live in all the paint shops I find everything !! & cases that you consider a kind of furniture. The day I hurried to the store, the retail store was open & at the next paint shop I went to I entered the store normally & I was served normally. Also the previous & next customers from us did not have an appointment so the excuse for an appointment is inappropriate. (In response to the answer). Of course I will not go again. It has so many others in the surrounding area.

K	Kostas Chalkias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα δυο συνεχόμενες φορές φτιαχτό spray λούστρου για να τελειώσω την δουλειά μου και έμεινα τελείως δυσαρεστημενος. Την πρώτη φορα ο υπάλληλος με διαβεβαίωσε οτι ήταν σφαλμα του spray που συμβαίνει πολυ σπάνια και οχι δικό τους (αν και αυτοί φτιάχνουν τις αναλογίες). Παρολα αυτα δεν ειχε την διάθεση να διορθώσει με κάποιον τρόπο το ελαττωματικό προϊόν του και έτσι αναγκάστηκα να αγορασω για δεύτερη φορα το ιδιο προϊόν πεπεισμένος οτι είχα πέσει απλα στην περίπτωση. Δυστυχώς όμως είχα ξανά τα ίδια απογοητευτικά αποτελέσματα. Οταν πήγα ξανα στο κατάστημα να ρωτήσω γιατί συνέβη ξανά αυτο το σφάλμα ο ίδιος υπάλληλος μου έλεγε οτι δεν ειναι δικο του λάθος αλλα της εταιρείας που του προμηθεύει τα προϊόντα και πως δεν φέρει καμια ευθύνη για ένα προϊόν που πουλάει και είναι ελαττωματικό. Παρά το οτι δεν είχε διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση και απλα ήθελε να με ξεφορτωθεί περισσότερο με ενόχλησε το έντονο επικριτικό ύφος και οι φωνές του στην προσπάθεια του να αποφύγει την κριτική μου που αν και του μιλούσα ευγενικά ο συγκεκριμένος φώναζε λέγοντας μου οτι δεν φταίει αυτος που πουλάει ελαττωματικά προϊόντα. Παρά την ευγενική υποδοχή του μαγαζιού και την εξυπηρέτηση που μου έχουν προσφέρει τα τελευταία χρόνια η συμπεριφορά αυτην ηταν τελείως αντιεπαγγελματική και ανάρμοστη από μέρους τους και κανένας δεν γύρισε να ασχοληθεί σοβαρά με το θέμα. Εν κατακλείδι 25€ πήγαν στα σκουπίδια και έκανα την δουλειά μου με ενα απλό spray του εμπορίου με 4€ . Χρήματα δεν μου επιστρέψανε ποτέ όπως γράφουν στην απάντηση τους. Επίσης γνωρίζω την εφαρμογή των προϊόντων καθώς εδω και 5 χρόνια ασχολούμαι με τον αερογράφο. I bought two consecutive polished spray polishes to finish my work and I was completely unhappy. Despite the kind reception of the store and the service they have offered me in recent years, this behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate on their part and no one came back to take the issue seriously. In conclusion 25 € went to the garbage and I did my job with a simple trade spray with 4 €. Money was never returned to me as they write in their reply. I also know the application of the products as I have been dealing with the airbrush for 5 years.
