Α	Αποστολια Τοπουζογλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα αγορά τηλεφωνικά το προϊόν έφτασε γρήγορα αλλά είχε ένα ελλατωμα, μιλήσαμε με τον υπεύθυνο και μου ζήτησε να το επιστρέψω και στη συνέχεια θα με ενημερωνε. Έτσι κ έγινε, μ τηλεφώνησε μόλις παρέλαβε κ με διαβεβαιώσε ότι το προϊόν δεν έχει ελλατωμα. Το παρέλαβα με δική μου χρέωση όπως ορίζεται σε περιπτώσεις που δεν ευθύνεται το κατάστημα. Το προϊόν όμως είχε υποστεί επεξεργασία και ήταν ολοφάνερο!!!! Σε επικοινωνία που είχα με τον υπεύθυνο όταν του μίλησα για το γεγονός άρχισε να μου φωνάζει κάτι που αποδεικνύει ότι είχε γνώση αυτού που του έλεγα, ότι δηλαδή είχε γίνει κάποια επιδιόρθωση στο προϊόν με όχι και τόσο καλό τρόπο αφού μπόρεσα να το καταλάβω. Το θέμα μ είναι ότι ούτε συγνώμη μου ζήτησε ο κύριος που θέλησε να με κοροϊδέψει και αντ αυτού με χρέωσε κιολας. Και ούτε απόδειξη πληρωμής του προϊόντος μου έστειλε. Είναι λάθος να θεωρείται κάποιος επαγγελματίας επειδή έχει ένα κατάστημα λιανικής πολλά χρόνια τη στιγμή που δεν μπορεί να μιλήσει τουλάχιστον με ευγένεια στον πελάτη του! Στις φωτογραφίες έχω την μια πλευρά που είναι επιδιορθώμενη εμπρός και πίσω και φαίνεται η λευκή κλωστή απ έξω κ το γαζί που είναι πιο μέσα στο πίσω μέρος σε σχέση με την πλευρά που δεν έχει υποστεί καμιά επιδιόρθωση. I bought the product by phone, it arrived quickly but it had a defect, we talked to the person in charge and he asked me to return it and then he would inform me. So it happened, he called me as soon as he received it and assured me that the product is not defective. I received it at my own expense as defined in cases where the store is not responsible. The product, however, had been processed and was obvious !!!! In a communication I had with the person in charge when I spoke to him about the event, he started shouting at me, which proves that he knew what I was telling him, that is, that the product had been repaired in a not so good way since I was able to understand it. The point is that the gentleman who wanted to make fun of me did not apologize to me and instead charged me. Nor did he send me proof of payment for the product. It is wrong to be considered a professional because he has a retail store for many years at a time when he can not at least speak politely to his customer! In the photos I have one side that is repaired front and back and shows the white thread on the outside and the gauze that is more in the back compared to the side that has not been repaired.
