T	Thanassis Portellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ πολυ καλό και πλήρες εξοπλισμένο . Ιδανικό για 2 ζευγάρια , παρειστικο . Αν είχε και πισινα ιδανικό και για καλοκαίρι . το μόνο επιπλέον που θα ήθελα θα ήταν το δεξί σπιτάκι να έχει και αυτό πατζουρια + σιτες και οι εξωτερικες μοναδες των air/on να μην ηταν διπλα στη κρεβατοκαμαρα . κατα τα αλλα περασαμε σουπερ . very good and fully equipped. Ideal for 2 couples, lounge. If it had a pool ideal for summer. the only addition I would have liked was the right house to have shutters + screens and the outside air / on units not to be next to the bedroom. but we had a great time.

I highly recommend it, we will definitely go again!

Μια βδομάδα αργότερα 28/11 πήρα τηλέφωνο για να επιβεβαιώσω ότι όλα είναι οκ και η απάντηση του ιδιοκτήτη ήταν "Δεν εχω δει την κράτηση. Ναι, υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα αλλά η τιμή που έχεις δει δεν ισχύει. Ξέχασα να αλλάξω τις τιμές στο site. Πρέπει να ακυρώσεις την κράτηση και αν θες η τιμή που μπορώ να σου το αφήσω είναι αντί για 140€ τη νύχτα, στα 120€". Δηλαδή στα 360€ συνολικά από 190€ που το έκλεισα. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί το λάθος το δικό του πρέπει να το πληρώσω εγώ. Εάν δεν έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο νωρίτερα και εμφανιζόμουν κανονικά τη μέρα που έλεγε η κράτηση μου, τι θα γινόταν? κανένα νόημα... τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. On 21/11/21 a reservation was made through hotels.com for 6-9 / 01/22 at 190 €. A week later 28/11 I got a call to confirm that everything is ok and the owner's response was "I have not seen the reservation. Yes, there is availability but the price you have seen is not valid. I forgot to change the prices on the site. I have to to cancel the reservation and if you want the price I can leave you is instead of 140 € per night, at 120 € ". That is, at 360 € in total from 190 € when I closed it. I can not understand why his own mistake must be paid for. If I did not pick up the phone earlier and show up normally on the day my booking said, what would happen? no sense ... the conclusions are yours.
c	caty katis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάναμε κράτηση σε αυτό το κατάλυμα τρεις μήνες πριν μέσω του holiday lettings. Πληρώσαμε όλα τα χρηματα μπροστά και η πλατφόρμα μας ενημέρωσε ότι σε ένα 24ωρο αν δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο το κατάλυμα θα μας επιστρεφόταν το ποσο. Το καταλυμα τελικα δεν ηταν διαθεσιμο και το χρηματικό ποσό αυτό δεν μας επιστράφηκε ποτέ και μάλλον δεν πρόκειται κι ολας. Ο ιδιοκτήτης αποποιείται κάποιας ευθύνης εφόσον φυσικά η πλατφορμα οικονομικων συναλαγων δεν είναι δική του, όμως ο ιδιος ειχε ξεχασει οτι το κατάλυμα δεν ηταν διαθεσιμο και έπρεπε να το έχει ηδη κατεβάσει ποσο μαλλον οταν οι συνεργάτες του (πλατφορμα) είναι τοσο αναξιοπιστοι αφου και ο ίδιος το παραδέχεται, αλλά εξακολουθεί να έχει τα καταλύματα του σε αυτή την εταιρια και κάποιοι πελάτες όπως εμείς να έχουμε χάσει τα χρήματά μας. We booked this property three months ago via holiday lettings. We paid all the money in advance and the platform informed us that in 24 hours if the accommodation was not available the amount would be refunded. The accommodation was eventually not available and this amount of money was never returned to us and probably not everything. The owner disclaims any responsibility since of course the financial trading platform is not his, but he himself had forgotten that the accommodation was not available and he should have already downloaded it especially when his partners (platform) are so unreliable since he himself he admits it, but he still has his accommodations in this company and some clients like us have lost our money.

Α	Αλέξια Πέλκα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place, woody, with special design, if you want to relax and have a special stay for you is the best place..! Close to Kastoria, so you want miss anything far so to relax from the crazy towns and the noise! I recommend it without doubt...
