★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ovo mesto je uzbudljivo i veoma interesantno. Obavezno ga treba posetiti i uživati u njegovim čarima. Izgrađen je na rtu koji je isturen u jezero i okružen je planinama. Sa pravom ga smatraju jednim od najlepših Grčkih gradova. Stari deo grada karakterišu uske uličice,veličanstvene vizantijske crkve i kamene palate. Stanovništvo je izuzetno ljubaznom. Bave se preradom kože i domaćom radinošću-vezom. Preporučujem da probate lokalne specijalitete u mnogobrojnim tavernama.??
This place is exciting and very interesting. You should definitely visit it and enjoy its charms. It was built on a cape that jutted into the lake and is surrounded by mountains. It is rightly considered one of the most beautiful Greek cities. The old part of the city is characterized by narrow streets, magnificent Byzantine churches and stone palaces. The population is extremely kind. They are engaged in leather processing and home-made embroidery. I recommend trying the local specialties in the many taverns

An ugly event that cost the lives of about 1000 Jews of Kastoria ... A monument to express this fact ... in a very picturesque part of the city overlooking the north side of the city and the lake ... easy access by car or on foot ... outdoors a short distance from the city center ...
