C	Christina Kate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τουλάχιστον αντιεπαγγελματίες. Πριν ένα χρόνο πήγα το λάπτοπ μου για πλήρες service. Από την επισκευή και μετά δεν μου διάβαζε τις κάρτες μνήμης SDHC. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους, μου απάντησαν μέρες αργότερα με ένα απλό περάστε να το δούμε, ενώ εγώ καιγόμουν να παραδώσω εργασία. Ευτυχώς, βρήκα άμεσα γνωστό που μου πέρασε τους drivers που χρειαζόταν. Καλό θα ήταν, είτε ο κάτοχος είναι ειδήμων είτε όχι, όταν γίνεται η επισκευή να γίνονται και οι απαραίτητοι έλεγχοι για το αν λειτουργεί σωστά οποιαδήποτε δυνατότητα έχει ένα λάπτοπ. Επιπλέον, σήμερα, έναν χρόνο μετά μου απενεργοποιήθηκαν τα Μicrosoft Οffice προγράμματα (Word, Excel, PP κτλ.) Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και με ενημέρωσαν πως τότε είχε περαστεί πειρατικό πρόγραμμα, και από κάποια ενημέρωση των Windows διακόπηκε και πως, αν θέλω, μπορούν να μου περάσουν μία κανονική ''αδειούλα'' με 5 ευρώ. Μία ''αδειούλα'' που εγώ πέρσι είχα πληρώσει, αλλά κανένας δεν με ενημέρωσε πως θα είναι πειρατική και τώρα που χρειάζομαι τα προγράμματα τρέχω. Πληρωμένα για κανονικά και πειρατικά δεν πάνε μαζί. Κι αν πάνε, ενημερώστε τον πελάτη για τις επιλογές του. Αυτά δεν ''τυχαίνουν'', όπως μου είπατε. At least unprofessional. A year ago I went to my laptop for full service.
