T	Travel Reviewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clear zero start rating, but they get one star for being extraordinary funny, even if it's unitended from Cosmote. After being in the shop for 35 minutes, problem not solved -at least the guy was friendly-, then 13888 calling me, but problem still not solved, I called the 13888 myself. Wow, that was record by far! 25 minutes calling time, 14 different persons on the line. Each one is delegating to another one. I think if I wouldn't have got a bit more clear with the person number 12, I would have talked to the whole Cosmote service department for the rest of my life. Remark to the response. With all respect and the deepest sympathies for Cosmote: after spending 1.5 h to solve a simple problem caused by Cosmote and discussing with 16 Cosmote employees (14 alone in one phone call at the service line), I'm surely not going to fill out any questionary for free. If you want to improve your services (and there is plenty of room for doing so), you simply need to check your processes or listen to phone calls records with the 13888 - which are registered for "quality issues". It's a pity I didn't register this specific phone call - a perfect example for a lecture of how not to do it.

N	N A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was perfect! The staff speak English. Thank goodness because my Greek is non-existant. I had a lovely conversation with some of the younger staff while I waited. The coverage for Cosmote around greece was great. I was driving and needed a good data plan. I was lucky they had a promotion for unlimited! So for 12€ I got 1 week and then I was told I needed to top up, with the credit already in my account. Sweet! But they did even better. The staff just added the 2 extra days I needed with 14 GB! I would never use all of it but it was peace of mind because I didn’t have to worry about topping up. It transitioned smoothly. This SIM is also valid in all of Europe. So first I spoke to staff and they gave me SIM and did the paperwork. Then I stood in the cashier line to pay for the plan. Then went back to the original staff member to finish up the set up. She tested it and then I was on my way. Thank you!

I paid 55 euros during 4 months, and when I called them to understand why I pay 55 instead of 49 "ok I make you a discount, from now you will pay 49", no refund for the past months... Seller told me "it's expensive but it's gonna work fast", and this is the slowest Internet with the most cuts I have ever seen. I can't change my subscription since I have a 3 years commitment, and this is seriously awful. When I tried to negotiate with them to replace it for a landline, "this is not possible". Results : I've am overpaying for a slow, and very very bad connection with constant cuts, and can't replace it. Take into account that I am working from home with Internet.... Flee while you can. Very deceived about it, this is sad that at the end my only solution will be to stop paying and to change operator since they don't want to negotiate anything even though this is 100 % their fault.
