★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmal customer service! Long 'lines', staff really not accommodating or even helpful. I got the sense they really wished I could help myself with anything I needed, only they wouldn't make any service available to me in the first place. People complaining because no one from staff knew the first thing about what they were doing, while there were employees who weren't doing anything and asked customers what they could help them with and turned out nobody was qualified to help... Ended up waiting in 'line' (no proper lines, more or less eat or be eaten kind of situation going on) for a whole hour only to be told they can't be of any service to me at that time and to come back later. Really sad experience all in all... Avoid at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They opened exactly on time said. Very satisfied from the service. There wasn't a lot of variety on smartphones. Specific brands and the cheap ones (relatively) quite old versions with max 3g ram.

For such a big store in the centre of the city, I would expect more workers to be present and serving the clients, especially during busy times (which is when I visited). Everyone was polite, I have to admit. I also wish they had better packages and offers as I find them very expensive compared with other telecommunications providers. This does not make them competitive as far as mobile phone packages are concerned. They do offer far more satisfactory deals for your home(internet+phone+satellite TV).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt and helpful service. I don't speak Greek but the woman who helped me spoke English very well. She made me aware of promotions and helped me translate some items on the what's up app so I could use the app more easily. Nice shop and bonus for speaking English and being patient with foreign visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. The store has a business feel to it and it's quite spacious.
They hide nothing from the end customer, be it extra cost or an unavailable service.
Their services are not error free, this of course applies to all technologies. But their customer support is willing and able to fix end user issues without trouble.
