Μου είπε ο υπάλληλος ότι πρέπει να βάλω την καρτα σε συσκευή για να διαπιστώσει ότι δουλεύει. Του εξήγησα ότι η συσκευή χάλασε και ότι στο νέο τηλέφωνο δε χωράει, για αυτό το λόγο ζητάω νάνο κάρτα. Και μου απάντησε ότι δε μπορεί να με βοηθήσει. I asked for the replacement of the sim card with nano sim, due to a change of mobile. The clerk told me that I had to put the card in the device to see if it worked. I explained to him that the device broke down and that it does not fit in the new phone, for this reason I am asking for a nano card. And he replied that he could not help me.

Χωρίς αυτόν, απενεργοποίησαν τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου μου και δεν έδωσαν νέα κάρτα, αναφερόμενος στο γεγονός ότι εγώ (νομική οντότητα) πρέπει να πληρώσω σε μετρητά. Η εταιρεία μας έχει 5 αριθμούς τηλεφώνου. Τελευταία φορά την άφιξή μου, αγοράστηκε ένα νέο τηλέφωνο, φορητός υπολογιστής samsung 20 και δεν έπιασε την κεραία, είπαν ότι φταίει η Samsung. Έστειλα το νέο τηλέφωνο στη samsung, το τηλέφωνο δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα .. Επέστρεψα σε αυτούς και μετά στάλθηκε η αγένεια στη Samsung. The service is very poor. Our company has 5 phone numbers. Last time I arrived, a new phone was bought, a samsung 20 laptop and it did not pick up the antenna, they said it's Samsung's fault. I sent the new phone to samsung, the phone has no problem .. I went back to them and then the rudeness was sent to Samsung.
Ε	ΕΥΦΡΟΣΥΝΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση! Είναι υπερβολικά αργοί! Επίσης, για μια επιστροφή χρημάτων από παλιά σύνδεση την 1η φορά μου είχαν πει ότι το ταμείο δε λειτουργεί απόγευμα. Τη 2η φορά πήγα πρωί και μου κράτησε αντίγραφο της ταυτότητας και μου είπε να πάω μετά από 2 ώρες γιατί έχει διαδικασία. Τους ρώτησα αν μπορώ να πάω το απόγευμα και μου είπαν ναι. Πήγα το απόγευμα και περίμενα να μου το κάνουν εκείνη την ώρα. Ρωτήσαμε για ένα σταθερό που έχει λήξει το συμβόλαιο και μας έλεγαν για πιο ακριβά προγράμματα μόνο και όταν ζητήσαμε για αλλαγή προγράμματος , που ξέρω ότι γίνεται αν έχει λήξει το συμβόλαιο, μας παρέπεμψαν στο 13888 για να μην ασχοληθούν με κάτι που δεν έχει κέρδος. Poor service! They are too slow! Also, for a refund from an old connection the first time I was told that the fund is not open in the afternoon. The 2nd time I went in the morning and he kept a copy of my ID and told me to go after 2 hours because he has a procedure. I asked them if I could go in the afternoon and they said yes. I went in the afternoon and waited for them to do it for me at that time. We asked for a landline whose contract has expired and they only told us about more expensive programs and when we asked for a program change, which I know happens if the contract has expired, they referred us to 13888 so as not to deal with something that is not profitable.

Οι υπάλληλοι ετγενεστατοι και εξυπηρετικοτατοι. Although the service in cosmote stores is always waiting due to people, this store was very fast. The employees are very generous and very helpful.
