★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so disgusted by this company. Everyone working there is unprofessional and under qualified. I have been in Greece for over two weeks waiting for a technician to come to install my internet.
They have set up “appointments” and claim the technician called me, but never did. I’m sick of playing a back and forth game of when this technician will come. I have called the headquarters’ number and they still have not been able to help. I don’t know what else to do.
I hope they lose their jobs and I will continue to file a complaint against them.
