★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εντάξει.. Είχα κάνει μεταφορά γραμμής και περιμένα να με καλέσουν για ραντεβού για να κοιτάξουν τις γραμμές στο καινούριο σπίτι,αυτο το κάναμε στο κατάστημα.. Μετά από μιάμιση βδομάδα καλώ την κοσμοτε και δεν είχε γίνει τίποτα... Και έκλεισα εν τέλη από το τηλέφωνο ραντεβού.. Αν δεν επερνα τηλέφωνο θα περίμενα ακομα

After a week and a half I called cosmote and nothing had happened ... And I finally closed from the appointment phone .. If I did not answer the phone I would still wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με ταλαιπωρούν εδώ και μέρες για να κόψω μια σύνδεση.. ήρθα στο υποκατάστημα να κάνω αίτηση διακοπής, όλα καλά ως εδώ, με πήραν τηλέφωνο μια μέρα μετά δεν το πίστευα πόσο γρήγορα ενδιαφέρθηκαν και προχωρήσαμε στην διακοπή, όλα τέλεια! Ξαναέρχομαι στο υποκατάστημα να πληρώσω όσα μου είπαν τηλεφωνικώς και να αφήσω το ρούτερ και μου λέτε ότι δεν βλέπετε ούτε εντολή, ούτε ποσό.. και να περιμένω να μου στείλουν μήνυμα! Ενώ με έχετε εκεί δηλαδή έτοιμη να πληρώσω. Δουλειά δηλαδή δεν έγινε!!! Το τηλέφωνο και το ίντερνετ έχει ήδη κοπεί, να δω τι θα μου στείλετε και πότε για να έρθω να πληρώσω! Και αν θα είναι το ίδιο ποσό όπως μου είπαν τηλεφωνικώς! Δεν μου φταίνε ασφαλώς οι πωλητές σας, αλλά να υπάρχει μια καλύτερη οργάνωση από μεριάς σας να μην ταλαιπωρείται ο κόσμος!!!!! Κατά τα άλλα από την σύνδεση μου ικανοποιημένη ήμουν.
They have been bothering me for days to cut a connection .. I came to the branch to request an interruption, all is well so far, they called me a day later I could not believe how quickly they became interested and we proceeded to interrupt, everything is fine! I come back to the branch to pay for what I was told by phone and leave the router and you tell me that you do not see any order or amount ... and wait for them to send me a message! While you have me there, that is, ready to pay. In other words, no work was done !!! The phone and the internet have already been cut, let me see what you will send me and when to come and pay! And if it will be the same amount as I was told by phone! It's certainly not my fault for your sellers, but for there to be a better organization on your part so that people do not suffer !!!!! Otherwise I was satisfied with my connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical store of telecommunications company. Staff are helpful but overwhelmed by number of visitors and options available. Not always knowledgeable. Avoid purchasing any hardware, wildly overpriced. Telephony contracts are the best in the country though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, very helpful in this store... unfortunately Cosmote (Greece's national telecom company is basically a monopoly in Greece) which has subpar and sketchy services. Just don't expect to do much work without disruptions when net keeps going down using their home based internet.
