★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor. Not only do you have to wait all the time, the customer service is also very poor. The blond women at the counter is rude, and every time I want to top up my balance she tells me "why do you want to put money, you already have packages!" She is rude (thats why I usually get the top up from the kiosk) intrusive and invades privacy. I should have gone to Wind or Vodafone.
