★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχε πρόβλημα το Pocket WiFi ο υπάλληλος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, αλλά δεν μπορούσε να δώσει λύση στο πρόβλημα! Το ανέφερε σαν βλάβη στην cosmote και μου είπε ότι θα με περνάν σε 1 μέρα το πολύ τηλέφωνο για αντικατάσταση! Πράγμα που δεν έγινε ποτέ!
The Pocket WiFi had a problem, the employee was very kind and helpful, but he could not solve the problem! He mentioned it as a fault to cosmote and told me that they will take me to the phone for replacement in 1 day at most! Which never happened!

The only thing that I would suggest, is that the website will be made customers friendly for non Greek people. Just ad an option where you can choose: English. Than it would be fantastic for foreigners!
