V	Vicky Argiti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έισήλθα στο κατάστημα 20:20 νομίζοντας ότι κλείνει 21:00. Στην είσοδο ήταν ένας υπαλλήλος όπου γύρισε κ μας λέει.. Εσείς τι θέλετε? Με ύφος δεν μας αδειάζετε την γωνιά? Εξηγήσαμε λοιπόν ότι θέλαμε μια αλλαγή ονόματος σε εναν αριθμό. Μας λέει ότι μέχρι 2 άτομα επιτέπεται στο κατάστημα λόγω covid-19 και ότι κλείνουν 20:30. Ελάτε αύριο... Ήρθαν ακόμη 2-3 πελάτες που τους έδιωξε με όχι ωραία συμπεριφορά. Στις 20.22 έφυγε λοιπόν ο ένας πελάτης και περάσαμε μέσα και μας είπε η υπάλληλος ότι δεν προλαβαίνει τέτοια ώρα να κάνει την αλλαγή αυτή. Τους παρακάλεσα ότι έρχομαι απο Αθήνα για την αλλαγή αυτή επειδή η αδερφή μου μένει Χαλκίδα και μου βρήκαν λύση με το να μου κάνει εξουσιοδότηση στα ΚΕΠ. Επομένως, όχι αλλαγή ονόματος θα γίνει αλλά και αλλαγή εταιρείας! I entered the store at 20:20 thinking it closes at 21:00. At the entrance was an employee where he turned and told us .. T	Thanasis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα 29-10-2020 επισκέφτηκα την cosmote για μια αλλαγή ονόματος. Ασχέτως αν έγινε ή όχι η δουλειά μου, η συμπεριφορά της υπαλλήλου (με τα σγουρά μαλλιά) σε ερωτήσεις μου ήταν το λιγότερο απαράδεκτη. Ήταν επιθετική χωρίς λόγο και με ύφος. Μάλιστα όταν έφευγα έβαλε τις φωνές στον συνάδελφό της στην είσοδο, γιατί μπήκα στο κατάστημα χωρίς να με ρωτήσει για το τι ακριβώς ήθελα. Το ότι η κυρία έχει χρόνια στην κοσμοτε αυτό δεν της δίνει το δικαίωμα να συμπεριφερεται έτσι. Αν πάλι πιέζεται στην δουλειά της δεν φταίει σε τίποτα ο πελάτης, που και αυτός έχει τα δικά του προβλήματα. Κρίμα για την cosmote. Today 29-10-2020 I visited cosmote for a name change. V	Vasia Stamou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθα στο κατάστημα σας με σκοπό να κάνουμε μεταφορά διεύθυνσης τηλεφώνου πολύ απλό. Δεν έβρισκε η κυρία λέει τη διεύθυνση μου. Θ σας βάλουμε στην αναμονή μου είπε μέσα σε 3 μήνες κάποιος θ σας καλέσει κι θ το φτιάξουμε δεν έχουμε άλλη επιλογή είπε. και τι θα γίνει με τους λογαριασμούς λέω; Δε θα τους πληρώσεις λέει . Πάω μετά από 3 μήνες σε άλλο κατάστημα και μ λένε πως στο κατάστημα που πήγατε σας έκαναν ακύρωση αιτήματος,μου το έδειξαν στον υπολογιστή. Όμως οι λογαριασμοί έρχονται κανονικά, πληρώστε τώρα 185€ παρακαλώ. Γιατί από εμένα δε θ τ πάρετε! I came to your store in order to make a phone number transfer very simple.
