Πήγαμε δύο άτομα, ο ιδιοκτήτης της επιχείρησης που νοικιάζω και εγώ. Ο διευθυντής της τράπεζας (έβγαινε και του είπαμε οτι έχουμε ραντεβού), μας είπε ότι δεν μπορούμε να μπούμε και οι δύο. Του εξήγησα ότι κάποια πράγματα πρέπει να συναποφασιστούν. Και υπάρχουν απορίες και από τις δύο πλευρές. Επικαλέστηκε τον COVID λέγοντας μου ότι θα φάμε τη θέση κάποιου άλλου!!! Μέσα στο κατάστημα υπήρχαν 4 καθήμενοι (!) μπροστά στα ταμεία και τρία (ναι τρία) άτομα σε ένα άλλο γραφείο. Το κατάστημα ήταν υπεράριθμο, και 4 άτομα ήταν απλά ΟΥΡΑ μέσα στο κατάστημα, σε καιρό πανδημίας. Και ο διευθυντής ήθελε να μας κάνει να νιώσουμε άσχημα, που θέλαμε να κάνουμε τη δουλειά μας. Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα λέγοντας ότι έχουν καθήμενους και δεν μπορεί να μας λέει ότι θα φάμε τη θέση άλλου, Ο ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΤΗΣ ΑΠΕΙΛΗΣΕ ΝΑ ΦΕΡΕΙ ΤΗΝ ΑΣΤΥΝΟΜΙΑ!!!!!! Έπρεπε να την καλέσουμε εμείς την αστυνομία, αλλά σηκωθήκαμε και φύγαμε, γιατί μας ανέβηκε το αίμα στο κεφάλι και φυσικά δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να τον εμπιστευτούμε μετά από τέτοια συμπεριφορά. Παρεμπιπτόντως το ραντεβού, μας το κλείσανε δυόμιση βδομάδες νωρίτερα!!!!! Επέμενα εγώ προσωπικά να πάμε στην Πειραιώς, γιατί η εμπειρία μου από το κατάστημα που πηγαίνω στη Θεσσαλονίκη ήταν καλή και με βολεύει. Είμαι πάνω από 20 χρόνια πελάτης της Πειραιώς και τώρα θα συνεχίσω στην Alpha, που μου έδωσε και ραντεβού για αύριο!!! Το λιγότερο που μπορώ να κάνω είναι να γράψω την εμπειρία μου. Α Π Α Ρ Α Δ Ε Κ Τ Ο There has never been such treatment in a bank professional. Two people went, the owner of the business that I also rent. The bank manager (he was coming out and we told him we had an appointment), he told us that we could not both enter. I explained to him that some things need to be co-decided. And there are questions from both sides. He referred to COVID telling me that we will eat someone else's place !!! Inside the store there were 4 people (!) Sitting in front of the cash registers and three (yes three) people in another office. The store was overcrowded, and 4 people were just TURNING inside the store, in pandemic weather. And the manager wanted to make us feel bad that we wanted to do our job. When I protested saying that they have seated and can not tell us that we will take the place of another, THE DIRECTOR THREATENED TO BRING THE POLICE !!!!!! We had to call the police, but we got up and left, because the blood rushed to our heads and of course there was no way we could trust him after such behavior. By the way, the appointment was booked two and a half weeks earlier !!!!! I personally insisted on going to Piraeus, because my experience from the store I go to Thessaloniki was good and it suits me. I have been a customer of Piraeus for over 20 years and now I will continue at Alpha, which also gave me an appointment for tomorrow !!! The least I can do is write down my experience.

E	Evgeniya Raspopova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time the queue is devastatingly long, one time I've waited 2 hours, without being able to sit down due to the lack of free chairs. The only available ATM was broken for money input in July 2019 and has not being repaired by September 2019. I've been told that taking pictures inside is not allowed, so I only photographed from the outside.
