P	PaNjita Fotiadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πας 12 και μισή στην τράπεζα και δεν δε εξυπηρετούν διότι όπως μας είπε ο υπαλληλος είχε κόσμο που η αναμονή θα ξεπερνούσε τις 2μ.μ. και αυτοματως το μηχάνημα δεν εξεδιδε χαρτί. Δηλαδή από τις 12 και μισή είχε "φουλαρει" το κατάστημα και οι υπολοιποι να πάμε άλλη μέρα μας είπαν. Και ενώ ο υπεύθυνος προσπαθεί να μας πεισει ότι δεν φταίει η τράπεζα αλλά εμείς που δεν λάβαμε υπ' όψιν ότι είναι τελος του μήνα και πληρώνονται οι συνταξεις, είχε ωστόσο ΜΟΝΟ ΕΝΑ ΤΑΜΕΙΟ ανοιχτό (και ας ήταν τέλος του μήνα, εμείς θα έπρεπε να προνοήσουμε και να πάμε από τις 8 και όχι ο υπεύθυνος να κάνει κάτι για να αποσυμφορισει την κίνηση στο κατάστημα έτσι;). Το σχόλιο βέβαια προκύπτει και από άλλες επισκέψεις στο κατάστημα όπου η εξυπηρετηση (ασχέτως ώρας) είναι απαράδεκτη. You go to the bank at 12:30 and they do not serve because, as the clerk told us, there were people whose waiting would exceed 2 p.m. and automatically the machine did not issue paper. That is, from 12:30 the store was "scarf" and the others told us to go another day. And while the person in charge is trying to convince us that it is not the bank's fault but those of us who did not take into account that it is the end of the month and the pensions are paid, he still had ONLY ONE CASH open (even if it was the end of the month, we should provide and go from 8 and not the person in charge to do something to decongest the traffic in the store like that;). The comment of course arises from other visits to the store where the service (regardless of time) is unacceptable.
κ	κρυσταλλία μαξ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΟΙ συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων και της διευθύντριας, και από κοντα και μέσο τηλεφώνου. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι πρέπει να κλείσω ραντεβού, για κάποια λοιποί στοιχεία, πήρα τηλ. Στα τηλέφωνα που μου έδωσαν, δεν απαντούσαν τα 3 από τα 4 και αυτό Που απάντησε μου είπε οι συνάδελφοι είναι σε,αδεια, και ραντεβού από την εκ νέου χρονια. ( αρα τα χρήματα από το λογαριασμό δεν μπορούμε να σας τα δώσουμε) Δεν είναι δυνατόν ιδιωτική τράπεζα να δινει τέτοιες απαντσεις τόσο από τον απλό υπάλληλο μέχρι και την διευθύντριαααα. Εδωσα λύση στον υπάλληλο γιατί τυχαίνει να είμαι και εγώ υπάλληλος, να μου κάνει φλας στο τηλ. Στο υπάλληλο που μπορεί να με εξυπηρετήσει, και η απάντησή ηταν μιλάει σε άλλη γραμμή ( αγένεια στο συνομιλητή θα το ονόμαζα) Η διευθύντρια του υποκαταστήματος Πειραιώς Κορδελιού, αρκετά εκνευρισμένη στο τηλέφωνο, λες και μιλάει σε κάποιον φίλο της και οχι σε πελάτη, δεν παρουσιάστηκε κάνεις στο τηλέφωνο με το επίθετο του ( όπως είναι πρέπον) για να γνωρίζω με ποιον μιλάω. Έπρεπε να ρωτήσω Και μετά από μεγάλη φασαρία βρήκαν λύση φυσικά για την επόμενη εβδομάδα ραντεβού, αλλά το είχα λύση το θέμα με το υποκατάστημα στον Εύοσμο, για εκεί δεν έχω λόγια όλοι άψογοι στο υποκατάστημα τράπεζας Πειραιώς στο Εύοσμο. UNACCEPTABLE The behavior of employees and the manager, both near and by telephone. I was informed that I have to make an appointment, for some other information, I got a phone call. I had to ask And after a big fuss, they found a solution, of course, for the next week of appointments, but I had a solution to the issue with the branch in Evosmos, for that I do not have all the perfect words at the Piraeus bank branch in Evosmos.

Απορώ πως η διεύθυνση της Τράπεζα κρατάει στη δουλειά τέτοιους άχρηστους ανθρώπους ανίκανους και τους πληρώνει κιόλας The most useless store of Piraeus Bank is in Eleftherios Kordelios, all the employees and the director herself is completely useless. I wonder how the Bank's management keeps such useless people out of work and even pays them.
