L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Stanza per 3 spaziosa, appena ristrutturata. Il miglior bagno che abbiamo trovato in Grecia, doccia grandissima con vetro scorrevole e soffione. Materasso comodissimo. Bella piscina. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione comoda a tutto. Ombrelloni e giochi per bimbi a disposizione degli ospiti.. Negazione: Titolari o responsabili praticamente inesistenti. Il nostro balcone (lato posteriore) praticamente inutilizzabile in quanto troppo esposto a vento e sole. Per fortuna c’è una bella terrazza comune e abbiamo usato sempre quella, ma in teoria non sarebbe stata esclusivamente a nostra disposizione. Gli studios sono disposti tutti uno a fianco all’altro su un lungo corridoio con 9 porte, una per ogni studio, che sbattono in continuazione per la corrente se dimenticate aperte, e che comunque si chiudono solo sbattendole in quanto regolate male. In pratica c’è casino ad ogni ora e si finisce per odiare tutti i vicini :-/.
D	Dennis Günther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von Außen sehr schön, von innen nicht. Schöner Pool, aber bei der Ankunft lag hinter der Tür ein Müllhaufen vom Vormieter. Die Duschen sind aus der Zeit von Demeter und Dionysos, keine Halter für die Duschbrause an der Wand, die Dusche die halbwegs funktioniert ohne Vorhang, die Dusche mit Vorhang liefert kein Wasser. Morgens kein Warmes Wasser, abends gibt es Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck. Preis-Leistung passt nicht zusammen. 5 Bett Zimmer!!! mit 3 Kabeln, einer Untertasse und 2 Suppentellern. Das Besteck und das Geschirr war vom Vormieter noch dreckig. Sitzmöglichkeiten für 3 Leute zu wenig obwohl 5 Bett Zimmer und gebuchter Ferienwohnung, Balkon komplett ohne Sonnenschutz, also am Tag total unbrauchbar. Ein Tipp für die Vermieter: Auch in die Räume investieren und nicht nur in die Außenanlage. Die Bilder auf Booking sind veraltet. Very beautiful on the outside, not on the inside. Nice pool, but on arrival there was a pile of rubbish from the previous renter behind the door. The showers are from the time of Demeter and Dionysus, no holders for the shower head on the wall, the shower that works halfway without a curtain, the shower with a curtain does not provide any water. No warm water in the morning, in the evening there are problems with the water pressure. Price-performance does not go together. 5 bed room !!! with 3 cables, a saucer and 2 soup plates. The cutlery and dishes were still dirty from the previous tenant. Seating for 3 people too little although 5 bed room and booked apartment, balcony completely without sun protection, so totally unusable during the day. A tip for the landlord: invest in the rooms and not just in the outdoor area. The pictures on Booking are out of date.

Negative: The system with the reception where there is nobody unless you call the number written on the door for the staff to come (international calls have a cost, and their number has no whatsapp), never seen such a way to welcome customers before Hot water takes about 10 minutes to come The shower curtain is so short that you cannot have your shower without flooding the whole bathroom. The second sink in the middle of the bathroom from where all the lather comes back when you shower or wash your hands. The outdated 90s television quickly secured with an old strap which doesn’t inspire confidence thant it won’t fall on you during the night. The beds and pillows hard as a stone.

Negative: The first two nights they put us in a Very small room, with 4 beds. But there was no room for more then a small table and two chairs. It was a room for two people, with four beds. After two nights they gave us a double room. However they wanted is to pay full price when leaving. Finally we got to an agreement, but that took Some time. Also the appartment is at a busy road with a lot of traffic (the pool is inbetween the road and the studios)..
J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The Pension is well-located along the main road of Prokopios yet set back so traffic wasn't a problem. It was pretty quiet, except when there was a wedding party till 5am one night! (not the hotel's fault!). The staff etc were friendly and pleasant. The pool etc is very good. It was very clean (every day new sheets and towels although not really necessary, save the planet). And it's opposite the best bakery on the island!. Negative: The room (4) was very basic. The double bed creaked loudly with every move (probably needs the frame tightening). Kitchen cupboards were at a head-hitting height. No hot water in kitchen sink only a cold tap; washing up in bathroom sink instead was awkward, especially for large items. Bathroom needs updating and the shower would flood the floor due to the shower curtain's length. Loose items such as the socket for the hobs; this was also for the TV, so couldn't do both simultaneously! But we were not expecting 5 star accommodation..
