Katerina's Villa - Epar.Od. Poligirou-Agiou Nikolaou

We stayed 2 weeks in this villa July/August 2021. We could not have wished for better accommodation. Our hosts Katerina and Kevin went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The airconditioned apartment is on the ground floor has direct access to a large garden with a very comfortable terrace where you can have a breakfast, BBQ or cook on a gas burner or just relax or read on the soft seating. The apartment has two good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a large living room with two good quality sofa's that can be used as additional beds by simply folding down the back cushion in literally 1 second. The kitchen has all the equipment required to self cater if required. We mostly went out for dinner. The best restaurant we found in the area is Taverna Sonia about 5 minutes by car between Nikiti and Metamorfosi. Excellent food at very reasonable cost. The bathroom has a rainshower as well as handshower. Secure parking available free of charge. The apartment is very clean and towels and bedlinen are changed every 5 days (or earlier if requested). The villa is perfectly located in beautiful Old Town Nikiti. A good bakery, Illy coffee bar, butcher and mini market is around the corner at walking distance. The main street through Nikiti with lots of shops and taverna's is about 7 minutes by foot. The nearest beach is 12 minutes by foot. Nikiti is a great location to access by car all great beaches Sithonia has to offer. Every Friday there is a farmers market starting just around the corner. The best asset of the house though are the wonderful hosts Katerina and Kevin. They made us feel very welcome and brought homemade jam, olive oil and shared delicious Greek food with us. They live on the second floor and although always available for support, questions or requests, they absolutely respect guest privacy. Highly recommended!

Awesome hosts! The villa is comfy and super clean! The barbeque area is wonderful and everything you might need is already there. There is a coffee shop right down the road, the market is a 2 min drive and the beach is 5-10 min drive. Katerina and her husband are so friendly, polite and kind-hearted people! We would love to visit their place again!
