Αρνητικές: Επαγγελματισμός Το περιστατικό ειναι το εξής : Πηγα στο εν λόγω καθαριστήριο ενα παλτό εκρού.Η "κυρία" που το έχει(η οποία πάντα οταν της πας τα ρούχα σου είναι μεσα στην αγένεια) μου το χάλασε!!! Το γεμισε λεκέδες στην πλύση(προφανώς το επλυνε με κάτι μαζί). Αφου πήρα το παλτό και είδα την κατάσταση του, το επέστρεψα πίσω και της ειπα να βρει καποια λύση και να μου επιστρέψει ΤΟΥΛΆΧΙΣΤΟΝ τα λεφτά του καθαρισμού. Την ημερα που πήγα να το παραλάβω ΟΧΙ ΜΟΝΟ ΔΕΝ ΜΟΥ ΕΔΩΣΕ ΤΑ ΛΕΦΤΑ ΠΙΣΩ, ΑΛΛΑ ΔΕΝ ΜΟΥ ΕΠΕΣΤΡΕΨΕ ΚΑΝ ΤΟ ΠΑΛΤΟ ΜΟΥ,ισχυριζομενη οτι δεν υπάρχει κανενα παλτό στο μαγαζί της και ότι όταν της πήγα το παλτό ηταν σε μαύρο χαλι!!!! Προσοχή που πηγαίνετε τα ακριβά σας ρούχα και μακρυά απο το συγκεκριμένο καθαριστήριο!

Cons: Professionalism The incident is as follows: I went to the laundry in question in an ecru coat. The "lady" who has it (who is always rude when you take her clothes) ruined it for me !!! He filled it with stains in the wash (obviously he washed it with something together). After I took the coat and saw its condition, I returned it and told her to find a solution and to return at least the money for the cleaning. The day I went to pick it up NOT ONLY DIDN'T GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK, BUT SHE DIDN'T EVEN RETURN MY COAT, claiming that there was no coat in her shop and that when I gave her the coat it was black !!! Be careful where you go with your expensive clothes and away from the specific laundry!
