★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understandably on Easter Sunday the place is probably busier. However, after waiting one hour for our delivery, when I call them I'm told they are very busy. No apologies, no phone call to at least advise us of the delay. The solution is wait another 40 minutes should we cancel the man asks. As I am asking my husband what he would like to do, the person on the other end of the phone says OK, I cancel. No "sorry" or goodbye just hangs up. Of course with the lack of professionalism, I will never go back there. For the food is not even that great. Be prepared if you know you will have a busy day! And if you can't at least apologise! Terrible.
