★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pret avantajos, fix in spate este plaja ceea ce este un mare avantaj. Conditiile nu sunt tocmai cele mai bune dar comparativ cu pretul este foarte ok. Parcare nu exista cu toate ca am fost anuntat ca este.
 Great price, fixed in the back is the beach which is a great advantage. The conditions are not exactly the best but compared to the price it is very ok. Parking does not exist although I was told it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μικρά δωμάτια που δεν ήταν τοσο καθαρα... Όταν φευγαμε βγήκαμε απο το δωμάτιο στις 11 και μας την είπε γιατί λέει εγώ ποτέ θα καθαρίσω όλοι φευγουν 9..10.... Τα 2 αστέρια τα βάζω μόνο για την τοποθεσία!!!!
Small rooms that were not so clean ... When we left we left the room at 11 and she told us because she says I will never clean everyone leaves 9..10 .... I put the 2 stars only for the location !!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmmm, maybe ok for families with children because is very close of Nidry Beach (small and sandy, but not the perfect water) and from tavernas. Quite clean, except the carpet from the bathroom floor wich was very dirty. I took it away some times, but every time was put back by the owner:)). A good thing is that they clean the room periodically and once a week they change the bed sheets. Not parking place. But for a cheap location is ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note: not all rooms are the same! The villa has only 5 rooms with sea view (3 upstairs and two on the ground floor). Room 1 (upstairs) is overlooking the west, so very warm and air conditioning is charged extra (5 euros per day). There is also a lot of noise and loud music all night being oriented towards the city. It has a shared terrace and two reflectors that illuminate the room so you can not sleep without pulling the blinds. Room 7, the one on the ground floor is where no one would like to spend their holidays: small, with no balcony, view over the backyard. And those who come with the car have to pay 7 euros per day parking in a public parking lot as Katia Apartments does not have its own parking.
